Updated Nov 2009
New Consultant Training
We like to use 3 structured training sessions to ensure that all of our new consultants have a warm welcome and a thorough introduction to the company, our team, products, and resources.
It is important that we provide quality training to every new consultant!

New Consultant Training
Training sessions 1 and 2 need to be completed within the first 48-hours of being signed up
Session 3 needs to be within the first 5-days
This is really important since there are rewards for outstanding performance in their first weeks

Consider the “Pay It Forward” approach to the NCSG…
When you sign-up a new consultant, give them an NCSG, this allows them to get started right away.
Train the new consultant using the NCSG you have provided them.
Show the new consultant the opportunity to use the NCSG that will arrive in their New Consultant Kit to give to their first new consultant sign-up so that they can get started right away too.

Scentsy Goals
Take a few minutes to identify and discuss what the new consultant hopes to achieve with their Scentsy business.

• Encourage the new consultant to host a launch party that you can help them with; let them assist and watch you, or let them take the reins and be there for them if they have questions
