Training Report of SCSP Programme, 2021

Two trainings were conducted under SCSP Programme at ICAR-CRIJAF, Barrackpor on 2-3

March, 21 where 31 numbers of farmers got benefitted from Training and demonstration of

ICAR-CRIJAF technologies. The title of the trainings were “Maximization of farm income

through jute based integrated pest management” (Course Director: Dr. Rajib Kumar De);

“Insight into jute varietal development from farmer’s perspective” (Course Director: Dr. R.T.

Maruthi)

One training was conducted under SCSP Programme at ICAR-CRIJAF, Barrackpor on 10-12

March, 2021 where 12 numbers of farmers got benefitted from Training and demonstration of

ICAR-CRIJAF technologies. The title of the training was “Farm mechanization in jute based

cropping system for enhancing productivity and profitability” (Course Director: Dr. R.K.

Naik).

Three trainings were conducted under SCSP Programme at ICAR-CRIJAF, Barrackpor on

01.03.2021, 03.03.2021 and 04.03.2021 where 180 numbers of farmers got benefitted from Training

and demonstration of ICAR-CRIJAF technologies. The title of the trainings were “Resource

Conservation and crop Diversification in Jute based cropping system” (Course Director: Dr.

Ritesh Saha); “Maximization of Farm Income through jute based integrated pest management”

(Course Director: Rajib Kumar De); “Agro Advisory services for Improved Farming of Jute and

Allied Fibre” (Course Director: Dr D Barman);

Management in Jute” (Course Director: Dr. Sailesh Kumar); “Eco Friendly weed management for

cost reduction and higher fibre yield in jute” (Course Director: Dr. S. Sarkar).
