HANDS is registered, tax exempted, PCP Certified and European Union accredited Not for Profit Organization working wince 1979 with key programs, health, education, poverty alleviation and cross cutting programs of Social Mobilization, Gender, Human & Institutional Development, Disaster management, Information & Communication, Monitoring Evaluation and Research, Resource Mobilization, Infrastructure and shelter and Social marketing. HANDS is benefiting more than 14 million population of 16703 villages in 24 Districts of Pakistan. More than 25 papers are on his credentials, presented in international conferences, held in different countries. He is also the writer of 23 publications on Development & Public health issues. 1. Communication - Encouraging children to effectively communicate with others is a critical part of their leadership development2. Collaborate/Teamwork - Working well with others is another highly important skill for Future generation. Becoming more accomplished as a team in less time, rather than simply going it alone, is a key learning for future generation.

3. Negotiation/Compromising - Through the process of working in teams, kids learn the art of give and take. Compromising in certain areas to ensure the task is complete, yet all parties walk away pleased with the outcome, is a leadership skill for future generation to master.

4. Planning/Strategic - Taking time for future generation to plan a strategy is a great way to empower them and to build their self-esteem

5. Vision - A child who can see their outcome clearly is more likely to achieve their vision.

6. Persistence/Determination - Provide your child with a strong foundation of personal pride. Future generation are too often coddled when they should instead be encouraged to pick themselves up and “shake it off”
