Bridge to Credit Programs

Refund PolicyFor all QCC Training & Education Center courses/classes, you must withdraw at least 48 hours prior to the start of the course/class to receive a full (100%) refund .

• Withdrawal from a course/class that meets 6 times or more: If you withdraw from the course before the end of the third class meeting, you will receive a 50% refund (less cost of books/materials) . No refunds will be given after the third class meeting .

• Some courses/classes may have specific successful completion requirements . Please check the course syllabus for details .

• TEAS/HOBET Test: The registration fee is non-refundable .Rescheduling your test date is allowed only once and will follow the 48-hour withdrawal policy . Should you fail to show up for your scheduled test date or reschedule less than 48 hours prior to your original test date, you will be charged again .

• If the Training & Education Center cancels a course/class, you will receive a full (100%) refund .

All Commonwealth of Massachusetts licensed plumbers, gasfitters, and undiluted liquefied petroleum gas installers, shall during every two-year license cycle complete a course of continuing education without repetition.
