continuous improvement and applying Lean principles for public and private

sector organisations. He specialises in defining and

coaching new leadership ways of working and

behaviours throughout organisations, consistent with

Lean Thinking methodologies.

Andy has supported many diverse organisations to

undertake improvement projects and other initiatives.

He is CIPD qualified with a certificate in training

practice and has significant experience in the design , delivery and

evaluation of bespoke training offerings.

As well as continuous improvement and Lean programmes, Andy delivers

a range of professional development courses, including train the trainer,

recruitment and selection, assertiveness training, management development,

interdepartmental cooperation and presentation skills.
