WHAT WE DO …
Starcom MediaVest Group offers a twelve week Trainee Executive Scheme across all
aspects of our agency to ensure your introduction of the world of media is diverse,
informative and, above all, fun! We have two schemes which we run, which cover
the core disciplines of our business: Performance (which focuses on digital channels
and performance marketing) and Brand (which focuses on brand communications
planning, media buying and digital channels).
Throughout the rotation you will be preparing your response to a client brief, which
you will present back at the end of the twelve weeks – your audience will be the
SMG board and other senior members of the business.
After the twelve weeks are completed we will gather your feedback on the
experience, and feedback from those who have worked most closely with you, before
assigning you a fixed role within the business. Don’t worry everyone gets a fantastic
role at the end of the rotation!
Each Trainee Executive is given a mentor and a buddy from the day they join to
ensure that they have the support they require throughout their times with us.
