Traeger has always been on the leading edge of innovation. But despite taking the company from a local business with a fierce customer base to a global grilling powerhouse, CEO Jeremy Andrus still couldn’t see what was happening at any given moment in his business. “If the CEO doesn’t get a report for a week or two, how is anyone building their business without access to data?” he asked. Traeger took their original ERP system, created in 1992, and used Domo to bring live data from dozens of systems, including Salesforce, Google Analytics, NOAA, and Shopping Cart, into one central location that updates it all in real time. Everyone at Traeger Grills now has an accurate, real-time view into the business.
