Blu Bar, floating high above the glittering lights of Sydney
Harbour, has created a once-in-a-lifetime cocktail called
"Martini on the Rock". This exquisitely crafted cocktail
features ultra-premium Vodka or Gin, and a sparkling diamond
ring swimming in the glass. This rare and fantastically
expensive cocktail takes a day to prepare to ensure the safe
delivery of the cocktail and the diamond. You'll also enjoy a
romantic evening in one of Shangri-La Sydney's most divine
rooms. This opulent experience is yours for $10,000.

COCKTAIL MAKING CLASS
The two-hour session gives one of Blu Bar’s best bartenders
the opportunity to teach you everything you need to know
about mixing drinks, including the products and equipment we
use; the history of cocktails; and some advice in hosting
your own cocktail party at home.
After a welcome drink, you will be shown how to make a
variety of cocktails before getting a chance to get behind
the bar to make your very own!
Blu bar on 36 cocktail classes are available from 2pm – 4pm
and packages start from $105 per person from 6 to 20 people.
