EDLP 700 was a great introduction to some of the faculty, the new cohort, and to a fresh look at our leadership preferences (LCI) and personality styles (MBTI). We also got to know Lencioni and the team well, indeed!

Reporting & Collecting

DataResearch shows that schools must collect tangible and clearly defined data on bullying incidents. This data needs to provide a starting point for bully-prevention program implementation. It then should be collected as benchmark data for program evaluation.
