Dynamic Automotive warrants that the DVT-Sensor Multiple- Vehicle-Application sensor shall be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of twelve (12) months or 12,000 miles of use, whichever comes first, after the sale of the product to the customer. In the event that within the warranty period Dynamic Automotive confirms that a product is defective, Dynamic Automotive will replace the product at no cost to the customer. If it is determined that the product has been subject to accident, misuse or abuse, this warranty and the limited obligations hereunder will be void. This is the sole and exclusive warranty and liability to the customer. Dynamic Automotive expressly disclaims any other warranty including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose other implied or expressed warranties. Under no circumstances shall Dynamic Automotive be liable to customer for any other amounts including labor charges for installation or reinstallation of product nor shall Dynamic Automotive be liable under any theory for any other damages including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, consequential and incidental damages.

DVT – Dual Valve Technology Multi-Vehicle-Application SensorsDVT-Sensors are designed to work with either a rubber snap-in valve stem or the metal clamp-in valve stem. The technology makes the DVT-Sensor very versatile. It’s easy to match the valve style on TPMS equipped vehicles without requiring an additional part number. Just remove the DVT snap-in or clamp-in stem and replace it with the required valve. DVT-Sensors for domestic applications are supplied with the rubber snap-in valve stem. Asian and European applications are supplied with the metal clamp-in valve stem.

The OEM has two different designs of replaceable valve stems with their TPMS sensors – Generation I and Generation II. Gen I and Gen II valve stems utilize a different thread pitch and therefore the service repair kits use different components and cannot be interchanged. The difference in the valve stems and the service kits is detailed below.

The TPMS-90 single-door locking cabinet holds up to 90 DVT-Sensors that are securely stored in separate rows for easy identificaiton. There is a slot on the inside of the door to hold application data and other TPMS information.

All of the necessary TPMS parts and tools can be securely stored in one place with this deluxe TPMS-72 service cabinet. It will hold up to 72 DVT-Sensors and 28 different boxes of service kits and accessories. A pull-out drawer is designed to hold essential TPMS service tools. There is also a slot for an application catalog.

TPMSService procedures for replacing TPMS sensors and installing TPMS service kits require the proper tools. Dynamic has the essential tools needed for servicing TPMS vehicles.

Torque wrench is used for installing TPMS sensor nuts. Torque range is from 30 in∙lbs (3.4 N∙m) to 120 in∙lbs (13.6 N∙m). Includes 11 mm and 12 mm sockets. Comes in a plastic storage case.

Tightens valve cores to OE specifications, 3.5-4 in∙lbs (.45 N∙m). Meets industry recommended torque values. Can also be used to remove valve cores.

This tool is used to help remove old and broken grommets from the TPMS aluminum valve stem.

The DY-312 contains all of the tools needed to service and install TPMS sensors and service kits. All tools are stored and organized in a sturdy plastic case.

This tool is used to remove the old grommet from the TPMS aluminum valve stem.

Use this tool for removing sensor nuts and seating the sensor grommets. It can be used to remove 11 mm and 12 mm nuts.

Torque tool is used for installing valves on DVT-sensors. Comes with T10 Torx bit for the clamp-in valve and a S7 socket for the snap-in valve. 12 in∙lbs (1.4 N∙m)
