Grille Installation Instructions

Fits (1) 20” E-Series® *Lights sold separately

Thank you for purchasing Rigid Industries® products for your Toyota®. Installation is fairly simple with the right tools and good mechanical abilities. If you are not confident in your mechanical skills, please seek the help of a professional to perform the installation. Please read through all of these instructions and tips before proceeding with the installation. It is strongly recommended that this product be installed by a professional.

Installation of this product requires cutting of your factory installed grille and factory air inlet tube. Your factory grille will be unusable after it has been cut.

This product has more surface area than your factory grille. It may reduce airflow into your vehicle. Reduction in airflow can potentially lead to overheating issues.

This product has been pre-bent to fit the contour of your vehicle grille shell. However, it may have partially flattened during shipping. It may be necessary for you to re-bend in order to get a good fit.

(1) M6 x 20mm SS Button head bolt

(1) M6 X 1mm 18-8 Hex Flange Lock nut

(1) 1/4-20 SS Washer

Remove and save (13) press-in buttons and remove radiator valance. See Figure 1.

Remove and save (1) 10mm bolt from center and (2) press-in buttons on sides. See Figure 2.

Remove upper grille. See Figure 3.

Install (2) upper grille pieces and tighten (8) tabs to secure. See Figure 5.

Cut out mesh. See Figure 4.

Always disconnect any power sources connected to your vehicle before servicing fuses or electrical systems.

Cut out factory mesh. See Figure 6.

Tighten (9) tabs to secure grille to grille shell. See Figure 8.

Remove and discard (1) press-in button underneath middle of grille shell. Insert Rigid Industries grille and install (1) M6 x 20mm SS Button head bolt, (1) 1/4-20 SS Washer, and (1) M6 X 1mm 18-8 Hex Flange Locknut. See Figure 7.

Install (1) 10mm bolt and (2) press-in buttons saved from Step 2. See Figure 9.

Install Rigid Industries E-Series light using hardware provided with the light. See Figure 10.

Install (13) press-in buttons saved from Step 1 to secure radiator valence.

Wire your lights according to the instructions included with the light. Take care to avoid any heat sources and sharp or abrasive surfaces.
