ITSS’ strategy will be understood and endorsed by clients.

Technology strategy will trend toward uniformity, not unsustainable diversity.

There will be one technology strategy plan for all ITSS.

Discussions with clients and other IT organizations will be consistent with this plan.

The technology plan will be regularly updated to reflect changes in business plan and advances in technology.
