Stepwise approach

1. Possibility to link cases between AAC and iRASFF in both directions and giving users access to the other system

2. Conversation module in iRASFF allowing dynamic request-response

3. Adding AAC-specific fields to iRASFF and optimising the data form for integration

4. Adding new collaboration options to the workflow ("AAC workflow")

Conversation Module (CM) in iRASFF

Scope

• The conversation Module provides a way to exchange information among organisations in the iRASFF network.

• This exchange is not linked with a workflow.

• Moderators can invite organisations to participate in conversations, subject to "visibility" constraints.

Approach

• Initially, a simple "chat" with textual messages.

Create a conversation (within a notification)

• May have multiple conversations (on different topics) for a single notification

• Only available for the complete notification – not possible to have conversations in follow ups

• It is possible to add the Follow-up ID into the "Topic" field.

Delete conversation
