Toward a society for all ages?
Demography & prolonged Life
Demography is characterized by longer rates birth and mortality rates, but by a low birth rate and a hope prolonged life.
Transformation Change & Mobility
This transformation involves the increaseseniors and their proportion in the population, as well as the growth of this trend in the future.
The growth of the population brings new challenges & opportunities for tourism economy.
How to address the situation
Faced with the experience that is new in the known history of the world, we are to face the challenges it presents and find what how to address the situation
The question is important on several levels init relates to the standard of living that people can aspire in their homes & at other destinations where they go as “ tourist” in the tourism context.
Human Capital
In addition, it commands a perpetual shift to a knowledge economy, the context that human capital is celebrated more than the Principalequipment.
Thus whatever the type is tourism, either senior tourism or other alternative tourisms human capital is the essential factor for fulfilling the desired achievement.
Policy-Making Dimension
The phenomenon has sparked plenty of discussionsince the 1990s.
More recently, the debate has also taken dimensionpolicy-making. Given the attention this issue has been some people are more concerned about, both among the public and among responsible for policy development.
To capitalize on the opportunities
Therefore, we now better able to identify demographic trends and agree on them. And we are better equipped to understand possible adjustment of social policies and think about it.
It is important to approach the development program so policies to capitalize on the opportunities inherent in an aging population instead of dwelling on perceived threats.
Proactive & well planned strategies
Application of strategies proactive, adequately planned and properly implemented, couldpromote the preservation of certain fundamental rights and privileges currently enjoyed for some people n the world while allowing to explorepolicy changes may contribute to lower burdens provided at the place of individuals and society.
Context balance
In this context balance, it would be up to recognize that the retirement of baby boom generation, if accompanied optimism and policies significant social, could actually lead to opportunities to achieveconsiderable social and economic gains, for the tourist sending & receiving countries, impossible to achieve otherwise.
Society for all ages
Therefore, one can would advocate the adoptiona proactive public policy that supports the principle of "society for all ages "without favoring a generational group over another.
Meanwhile, it is essential to recognize that aging makes part of the vital process. At least we have the good fortune to unravel the secret of eternal youth, it will continue to adapt to changes.

The segment of tourists over 55 years old.Higher demands in terms of quality &
sophistication More segmented markets.A shortage of time & plenty of moneyA growing awareness of environmental &
sustanibility issues.More participatory & active holidays with
longer itineraries & itineraries that are managed individually in many cases.
Conceptual Framework based understanding
If the parties both senior tourists senders & receivers have a conceptual framework based onimproving awareness and understanding on the responsibility social reality, on the good will and personal responsibility, theywill be better equipped to shape appropriate policies aimed at preserving the interrelated interests of all in terms of senior tourism.
