How to install the Fitting & Tubing

Disconnection

Cut the tubing vertically

Connection for sealing

Push in collet and Remove tube

Insert and Push the tubing

Pull to check its integrity

The outer surface of the tubing which is inserted should be smooth, clean and free from scratches.

Collet teeth which is made with Stainless steel tightly grip the tubing surface not to move back.

Ensure thefitting connetion is depressurized before removing fitting. The collet teeth released the tubing when the collet is pushed. The tubing can be removed in this position.

① Push the Collet (Unlock the collet)② Remove tube

Insert the tubing and push into the fitting until the tubing stops.

Pull the tubing to check whether it’s safe.It’s a good practice to test the installation before the device operated.

> LLDPE Tubing is not recommended for mineral oil, gas, fuel, high pressure compressed air and pneumatic system.

> The compatibility between tubing and fitting must be ensured if the components applied in a cleaning device and other appliances which contain potentially aggressive liquid.

The tubing is made with Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) using at the applications containing cold and intermittent hot water. Compare with the traditional Polyethylene tubing (Low/High Density Polyethylene), LLDPE tubing serves outstanding performance. LLDPE material provides better temperature durability & pressure suitability, broad chemical compatibility and non-toxicity.Mainly, the tubing is applied at the water purifier, water softener, ice cream makers and bidets.

SAFETY FAUCETThe safety faucet is designed with the special safety component in order to discharge hot water by pushing the button and pulling the lever at the same time. It can protect children from burn accident which has been caused with carelessness This safety device is only applied in hot water faucet. The cold has normal draining system. Moreover, it’s easy to be awere of water leakage and change the P-pulp for the reuse.

• Feed water (①) is supplied to water purifier (④) via Leak Stop Valve(②) and Pressure Reducing Valve(③).

• When the Leak Stop Valve (②) detects leakage, the valve stop the feed water(①) and the machine isn’t provided water(④) anymore.

• Pressure reducing valve(③) reduces feed water pressure and flows water to the machine. Besides, it can protect the machine from the water hammering.
