John Deere and Topcon make it easySimply order your John Deere dozer or

motor grader with a Topcon 3D-MC2 grade

control system — an industry-leading system

designed to deliver amazing grading accuracy.

The system will be expertly installed at the

factory. Your machine will be ready for action

from the moment the machine rolls off the

dealership trailer.

BeneƟts include:

– You can Ɵnance your system with the cost of the machine.

– The machine warranty applies to the grade control system, too.

– Get your machine faster — it arrives ready to go to work without needing involvement of a separate grade control supplier.

– Installation quality is checked at the factory.

How quickly can I pay for the system?

It’s often possible to pay for your grade control system in just one to two jobs. Review this sample job to see how quickly the savings can add up.

Sample grade control beneƟt scenario for medium-sized job:

Job: 250,000-

square-foot

parking lot

Requirement: Grade dirt and

place eight inches

of crushed rock base

prior to paving.

Grading passes: Two — Ɵrst the dirt and then the stone.

Time savings: Without grade control, an average grading

operation will cover 20,000 square feet per day. This job will take

25 days (250,000 divided by 20,000) to complete the two grading

passes. When grade control is utilized on a grader, crawler

dozer, or 764 HSD operating as fast as Ɵve mph and grading to a

tolerance of around three to four millimeters, 40,000 to 60,000

square feet per day can be graded. That’s 12 to 16 days’ savings

of labor and machine time (fuel, wear, and wages).

Get on the fast path to increased proƟtability

Grade control systems are a must to compete for grading jobs today. They allow you to Ɵnish jobs with more speed, fewer passes, and greater accuracy. Grade control literally guarantees that all of the required heights are met to eliminate the risk of overrunning estimated time and costs.

The accuracy of grade control also makes it easier to:– Calculate more accurate, competitive estimates. – Dramatically reduce the number of required

grade stakes.

– Eliminate delays waiting for grade stakes.– Eliminate the need for the operator to exit

the cab to check the grade.

– Complete tasks sooner so you can move on to the next job.

Bottom line…exactness becomes synonymous

with proƟts.
