We use a web based program called Showing Desk to track showing appointments and feedback. Email notifications are sent the evening before the showing to confirm the appointment. In addition, feedback forms will be emailed to the Show-inging Agent to evaluate the property after the showing and then to the seller.

This will direct visitors right to your web page, featuring a description, photos, virtual tour, map, mortgage calculator, and more! We email several flyers weekly to approximately 6,000 prospective buyers and top agents. The flyer directs the buyer or agent to the property’s website.This generates interest and puts the property in front of agents again.
