research

• Through our extensive research, we have discovered that there are many diverse methods to extract a tooth. However, the simplest of them all is to simply put pressure on the tooth and pull it out by scooping it from behind the tooth. With a dose of nova cane, it is quick and painless to the patient.

development

• First our robot moves to the gum. Then the sensor scans the tooth for any decay or damage. If the value of the reading is less than the robot pulls the tooth out. If the value is more than the robot moves backwards.

Evaluation

• Out of all our steps, the robot has performed exceptionally in all of its 7 trials

• Out of its 7 trials, the robot successfully performed the program 6 times

• Improvement: When it senses a healthy tooth, it moves forward a little too far. Minimizing this would make the surgery a little more smoother
