随着风力发电单机功率、光伏发电单机容量的不断提升,其变流器、发
电机、逆变器的冷却方式也由传统的风冷逐新转化到水冷。同飞制冷自主研
发的紧凑型新能源发电变流器纯水冷却单元,能够适用各种形式的安装、运

Pure water cooling units for new energy converters
With the increasing wind turbine power and photovoltaic generator capacity, air
cooling has gradually been changed into water cooling for converters, generators and
inverters. The pure water cooling units for new energy power generation converters,
independently developed by Tongfei, are compact in design and can meet various
installation and operation requirements. In recent years, with the rapid development of
offshore wind power industry, Tongfei has developed the stainless steel radiators with
C5-M very high (marine) corrosivity, hence ensuring the cooling needs and operation
stability of wind generators and photovoltaic power generation.

柔性交流输电系统用纯水冷却单元是通过冷却介质的流动带走 SVC、
SVG、TCSC、STATCOM 等装置中晶间管器件由于功率报耗产生的热量。
大功率的发热已经不能完全靠风冷散热方式解决,纯水冷却技术随着电力电
子技术的发展和广泛应用 , 已经成为了一项新兴的产业。针对大型互联电力
系统存在的发热问题,柔性交流输电纯水冷却单元很好的解决了 FACTS 装
置的高效散热问题,为系统的稳定运行提供可靠保障。

Pure water cooling units for flexible AC transmission systems (FACTS)
For thyristor components in such devices as SVC, SVG, TCSC and STATCOM, pure
water cooling units will take away the heat produced by power consumption through
the flowing cooling medium. Air-cooling makes it difficult to dissipate the heat
from high-power devices. Therefore, pure water cooling technology is emerging
with the development and widespread application of power electronics. Pure water
cooling units for flexible AC transmission systems (FACTS) can realize efficient heat
dissipation, hence ensuring the system stability.

HVDC transmission system is the most advanced and energy-saving transmission
system in the world. The converter valve stability serves as the foundation for the
stable operation of HVDC transmission system. For the converter valve stability,
it’s necessary to dissipate the heat produced by power consumption. A closed
pure water cooling system can precisely control the cooling water temperature,
flow rate and quality, which makes it possible for system control, protection and
communication, hence ensuring the stable operation of HVDC transmission system.

工业生产和产品加工制造业中,电气传动及调速系统的各种电机、电源
及控制装置等,例如大型电机、高功率变频器、高压变流器等设备,得到越
来越广泛的应用。随着其功率的不断增加,传统形式的风冷散热方式已经解
决不了大功率变频器散热问题。运用新型的水冷技术,能有效解决散热问题。
同飞制冷研发的模块化纯水冷却单元,独立式或与功率柜并柜式,已逐步应
用于气体压缩泵站、船舶、矿矿井提升机及电力机车等电气传动及调整系统

The motors, power units and control devices of electric drives and speed regulating
systems have becoming increasingly popular in industrial production and product
manufacturing industry. With the mounting power, the traditional air cooling methods
fail to manage the heat generated by high-power frequency converters. However,
the new water cooling technology can effectively address the cooling problem. The

在石油、天然气、电厂等领域,大功率电机及高压大功率变频器运行中
会产生大量的热量,为及时带走热量及保证机组安全运行。常规冷却系统的
外冷一般采用空冷器和冷却塔(开式或闭式)经过多年的运行实践,这几种
方式均存在诸多弊端。例如:消耗大量水源、维护困难、故障率和成本高、
系统复杂、污染大等弊端。随着国家节能减排政策力度加大,越来越多的项
目外水采用强制冷却冷水机组,或冷水机组 + 空冷器的方式。

In the fields of petroleum, natural gas and power plants, high-power motors
and high-power & high-voltage inverters can generate a large amount of heat.
Generally, cooling systems use air coolers and open or closed cooling towers to
cool the cold source water, to ensure the safe operation. However, many years of
practice shows that such cooling methods have some drawbacks, including large
water consumption, difficulty in maintenance, high fault rate and maintenance
costs, complicated system and serious pollutions. As China intensifies policy
support for energy saving and emission reduction, cold source water tends to use
water cooling units featuring air-forced cooling or the combination of water cooling
unit and air conditioner.

传统电力设备大多基本采用自然通风的方式散热;近几年,随着智能电
网的大力推广建设,智能变电站、智能控制柜、智能终端等智能设备需求越
来越大,加上集成化、模块化,传统的无温控户外机柜、集装箱等已经不能
满足要求;越来多的机柜、集装箱采用空调、热交换器等方案,有效控制了
机柜、集装箱内部的温度,提高设备的可靠性。

Traditionally, most electrical devices realize heat dissipation via natural ventilation.
Recently, demands for such smart devices as substation, control cabinet and
terminal have been increasing with the promotion and construction of smart grid. As
a result of intelligence, integration and modularity, outdoor electrical cabinets and
containers without temperature control unit fail to release heat. Now, air containers
and heat exchangers are increasingly used to effectively control the temperature
inside cabinets and containers, hence improving the operating reliability.

304L、316、316L 可选),焊口采用同飞制冷多年自主研发的不锈钢自动焊
氩弧焊机,进行焊接;焊缝均匀、美观,零泄漏。耐高压 1.6MPa,抗水锤冲击,
具有良好的耐腐蚀性能和机械强度,最大爆破压力 40 MPa。客户可根据产
品使用环境和工况的不同,合理选择换热器的材质及表面处理方式。

As for stainless steel heat exchangers, U-shaped core tubes, bends and
solders are made from stainless steel, including 304, 304L, 316 and 316L. The
heat exchangers are welded by the automatic argon welding machine, which is
developed by Tongfei for years and can create even, nice-looking and zero-
leakage welding joints. The heat exchangers have the advantages of high pressure
(0.6-1.6MPa) resistant, high mechanical strength, good water hammer and
corrosion resistance, and a maximum burst pressure of 40MPa. There are different
materials and surface treatments available for customer’s choices based on
operating environment and conditions.
