AL-ZARA Thermal Power Plant Project

(660MW) : Consists Of

3 Steam Turbines 3 Boilers'. 3 Stacks 150M conical shape 3 Cooling Towers 125M height In addition to the other buildings tanks and structure needed for the Plant.

The 3 conical concrete chimney; each of them is 150 m Height, Bottom diameter 12 m , Upper diameter 10 m, TOEC used especial slip form for construct these chimney. TOEC has achieved pouring 2200 m³concrete for each chimney foundation, since the total quantity of the concrete for the project was 110,000 m³ poured within 16 months. More over TOEC completed Steel Structure Erection of 3 Cooling Towers , each of them is 125 m height, Bottom diameter 120m, Weight 3,500 ton. TOEC was full responsible for the complete erection including supervision, drawings revision, Quality Control…etc.

Zayzoun Combined Cycle Power Plant extension: T.O.E.C did the civil and electro mechanical works for Zayzoun Combined Cycle.

T.O.E.C has erected steel structure for one cooling tower with 135 m height and 106 m Bottom Diameter. �

Consist of: 3 boilers 1 gas turbine 1 Cooling Tower Other structures and tanks

repairing of atmospheric column 101 (during

shutdown) with height of 60M; including replacing all the internals and welding of upper roof with very special welding procedure for MONEL steel material.
