9. Additional information if any:

1) Channel upgradation for 59 channels with Tandberg new NMS n Compass

Version 5.3.2.3444 completed on 29.01.2009. 2) New Channel Total TV added in the DTH Platform w.e.f. 18:00 hrs. on 23.01.2009

in place of Test 509 as per DG:DD instruction. 3) New Channels SVBC and MH-1 added in the DTH Platform w.e.f. 16:30 hrs. and

19:00 hrs. respectively on 30.01.2009. 4) Due to scheduled shutdown for channel up-gradation, some of the services of 30

channel Tandberg system were off on 29.01.2009 during 01:00 hrs. to 01:20 hrs, 02:10 hrs. to 02:14 hrs and 02:30 hrs. to 02:50 hrs.

5) Out of 8 Battery banks three became defective. Out of these three two banks made O.K. by taking good batteries of the third defective bank. Now 7 banks are O.K.

10. Electrical Safety:-

a) All mandatory safety precautions are being observed. b) List of authorized persons is updated and displayed. c) Resuscitation chart is displayed prominently. d) First aid kit and snake bite kit are readily available at site. e) Essential maintenance and measurements have been carried out. f) History sheets are maintained for main equipments.
