TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

eastconsult LLC was appointed as General Designer for the project “Installation of Wet Electrostatic Precipitator” at our particle boards’ plant at Podberezye, Novgorod Region.

The scope of works included elaboration of Stage “P” approvable design for civil part and

infrastructural solutions, obtainment of the State Expertize Approval and the working design

development.

In addition to the contract works eastconsult LLC supported the Client for development of the City

Planning Land plot Map (GPZU).

eastconsult LLC completed the project within set timescale and budget and demonstrated a prompt

reaction to the Clients comments, high quality and detailing of the drawings and efficient

communication with technological equipment supplier EWK Umwelttechnik GmbH company.
