the person attracted to sign the petition even forgets to read the text ( most of

the time so poorly edited) nor to question the validity of the target ( how can a

President of a country feed the stray dogs? How can Police sentence anybody,

etc.)

So I did my own private investigation on some petitions, and on these sites, and

I post here my findings. Of course this should be a never ending investigation

because these petitions appear like mushrooms after the rain , every single

day...the moment one case is being shared on Social Media, BANG a petition (

even two, one on YouSign one on Petitionhub ) pops out, or right after someone

posts a petition on Care2 or Change, BANG a petition with the SAME photo

appears on one of these platforms, or on both. So I let the readers of this

informative note to decide and of course to continue the investigation, because

every single day we can prove the MISLEADING information on petitions onthese platforms. Remember, an image is worth 1,000 words, and the creators of

these platforms now it, and for them an image without a link to the source of

information, and asking authorities to do what they have already done, might

be worth MORE than words...BEWARE....don't let anybody take advantage from

the suffering of animals...

Nowwhere do I begin to tell the story.oh NO, it is not a Love Storyit is a MESS

People on the ground zero so to speak, where a case of animal cruelty happens NEED your support.

Local activists and international, national and local organizations who create petitions for MAJOR

ISSUES for thousands and hundreds of thousands of animals NEED YOUR SUPPORTdo not waste it by

promoting these petition platform which APPEARED all of a sudden, and all of them almost in the

same period of time...since 2013.

For the last couple of months, maybe more than one year, Facebook is being FLOODED with very

interesting and weird petitionsif FOR years, individual cases of animal cruelty have been dealt with

by LOCAL enforcement agencies ( knowing the culprit or looking for him, eventually identifying him/her

and charging them with animal cruelty and sending their file to prosecutors), now, petitions pop up,every time such a case appears on social media, asking authorities to do what THEY are already doing or

what they HAVE already DONE.

For years cases of STRAY DOGS found in horrible conditions have been dealt with by local rescuers,

almost all successfully, without trying to find the anonymous criminal.

NOW, a bunch of animal lovers and activists which popped up on FB like mushrooms after the rain,

decided to scout the entire internet, or peep in groups, take photos from there AND created

petitionswhose texts look like dj vu most of themThese individuals take photos without

permission and in most cases they do not inform the group about the petition they have created. Most

on the time these petitions lack the link to the source of their information.

And what are they asking for? Oh well, they ask authorities to do WHAT THEY HAVE already done, yet

forgetting as if stricken by amnesia, to place the LINK to the original source of their

informationCould it be because in that original source of information people would see that the law

enforcement or local activists ARE already ON that case?

I know what most of you will say: Better more petitions than NONEand why not pressure those

authorities to punish those thugs at the full extent of the law Of course, BUT the FACT is that after the

Police send a file to a prosecutor, it will take TIME before a TRIAL begins, and it is THE JUDGE who willgive the punishment, and in most cases a judge can ONLY apply the lawa judge WILL sentenced

anybody as a petition asks him : life in prisonThere is quite a long period of time to wait from the

moment the crime has been committed until the sentence is given.Could this be why these petitions

ALWAYS aim at 10,000 signatures ???

One of these platforms claim to close and send the petition to their targets after 14

days(YousignAnimals) yet one can find countless old and still active petitionsAfter an arrest and an

arraignment it takes months, maybe more than one year, before the case goes to court and a sentence

is givennow what ? They expect people to keep on signing their petition for one year ? so they can

collect more clicks, signatures and emails ? Yet, their policy is clear they send the petitions to theirtargets after 14 days. (See sending the petitions on Yousignanimals.org website )

Then there are those petition done by individuals who do not even bother to do some research about

the countries the accuse of NOT having animal welfare lawsThere are two explanations to this

complete misinformation of those who will sign those petitions : either the creator HAS NO CLUE about

what is going on in the international movement for animals, OR the creator plays on the eye catching

photo chosen for a MISLEADING petitionjust co collect signatures.because this is what appears to

be the case with some petition platform,..

And this is an example of ( so many, way too many ) TOTALLY USELESS, FUTILE petitions

Why not ask UN to issue a worldwide BAN on fireworks? What need to be banned are unofficial

fireworks, those organised by private citizens on their properties and not only, yet even this is almost

impossible to ban, because each CITY has its own by-laws, meaning that the creator of the petition

MUST send a request to each city hall on this planet, yet ONLY citizens living in those cities could have

some power in changing the rules is they try.

Now it is the time to name these platforms: Yousing.org, YouSignAnimals.org , PetitionHub

Before I will continue with what I have found please take some time to read this blog, and ALL the

comments about these VERY SAME petition platformsyes there is one more quoted as fraud

Do they have templates for people to use? I dont know but it appears that THEY DO HAVEemployeesSo, their staffscout the internet for cases? Yes, they doIt would be interesting to find

out how many of their staffwrite petitions using aliases

So, only these platforms send the petitions to their targets? Oh REALLY? How about Change.org,

where the creator of the petition CAN add the emails of the targets directly when editing the petition

and with each signature the text of the petition is automatically sent to all targets

What are they paying their staff for? For writing dull petitions? How many employees do they have?

Are all those members who signed in, real? Real people? How come people with similar names on

Facebook do not seem to have anything in common with animal rights advocacy?

Now lets see who the OWNERS ( creators ) or YouSign (YouSignAnimals) are, and it would be very

interesting to know if the thousands and thousands of REAL rescuers, animal lovers, activists from

Romania who use Facebook KNOW anything about these two, as active participants in the fight for

animals in their OWN country

Since the first warning about these petition platform started circulating on Facebook, a NEW site

appeared: Safepetitions.com interestingalso hosted by GoDaddy...by proxy, with the same proxy

address in the same Scottsdale ArizonaAnd as you can see in the photo below they claim that TUDOR (

Tudor Niciporuc ) Founder of YouSignAnimals , regularly gets involved in animal welfare

campaignsInterestingONLY abroad ? How come he is NOT AT ALL involved in campaigns in his own

country, and wait, for a while the current city WAS visible on his FB account, now it is not anymore.

AND who really is the founder of YousignAnimals, because the internet search site says DRAGOS VANA

Now look WHO manages ALL the signatures on all petitions, (all emails too obviously )

created petitions( which all look alike, the text is intended MORE to those who sign the petitions than

to the targeted authorities.YET< they dare to mock dull petitions on other platforms

This new Site, YouSignAnimals, probably part of YouSign.orhas been created, activated on AUGUST 21,

2014 !!!!!!!! yet they have the guts to claim victories not only with the hard work of major

international organizations, for years and years in some cases, totally disregarding the official petitions ,

the works on the ground by countless activistsand on top of it all, they even claim victory with what

was achieved LONG before they even set the NEW petitions site .

Now lets seewho are those who praise these three ( one ? ) guys : Nigel Cameron ( from UK ) and the

other two from RomaniaOPS.interestingthey created this site in MAY 2015, right after the warning
