Is there an interface between EPC and the damage codes?

ANSWER: In the shopping list, it is possible to switch directly to the "SSL" (damage code) module of the WIS/ ASRA application by

clicking the Damage code icon ~. Please select the Damage code icon ~that is displayed directly in the line of the part number as it will cause the damage code picture associated with the part number to be automatically displayed.

"Identify damage code for part number" icon:

~ The "Identify damage code for part number" icon makes it possible to switch to the "Damage Code" module in the WIS/ASRA application. The warranty/goodwill code can be determined in the "Damage code" module.

Click the ~icon to de~ermine the damage code. 1. The "Damage code" module opens in a new window. 2. Extensive Online Help is available in the "Damage code" module.

[.i..J If there is a damage code entry for a part number, this is indicated by the damage code icon appearing directly in the line of the shopping list (a).

1. If this symbol is present, then it should be used because the associated damage code picture is then displayed automatically.

2. The damage code icon in the toolbar (b) should only be used if no icon is displayed in the shopping list.
