Hi All!

Please read the below instructions and follow the fixture for the above Hoop Time day. • Games are fixtured as 1 x 13 minute games for all pool games (until 1pm). All Finals &

consolation games (after 1pm) will become 2 x 8 minute games. • Emily & Geraldine will be the coordinators on the day. • As there are 6 Pools in the Future Stars they will be split into 2 sections for Finals. Section 1

will be Pools 1-3 & Section 2 will be Pools 4-6. Finals will be determined by the top side from each pool plus the Best 2nd placed side from each section. The best 2nd placed side will be determined by each 2nd place teams win/loss & overall percentage.

• There is a crossover game in the Pool games between Pool 2 & 3 & also between Pool 5 & 6. These games will count towards teams overall results as it allows all teams to play 4 games that count for points.

• Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre, Aughtie Drive, Albert Park. • The day begins at 9.45am so please be at the stadium by 9.30am to ensure the day runs

smoothly. • Game balls will be provided by Basketball Victoria. • First aid will be supplied by Acute First Aid & is located in the first aid room in the main foyer. • Please ensure that each team has a competent scorer on the bench at all times. • Canteen facilities are available for lunch, drinks and snacks • Please make sure teams are on court at their fixtured time to make sure the day runs as

scheduled. • Please also ensure you read the entire fixture & ensure you play in any possible Finals or

Consolation Games you are involved in. • If you do plan to leave before the presentations please let the co-ordinator know BEFORE

you depart so you can collect your showbag for your participants. • Once the day has concluded, can teachers please ensure they clean up their areas and place
