Waynesville, MO 65583 573-855-9114 DVN: This is to advise staff that Building Bridges II, Inc. has been licensed as a residential child care agency and meets the standards for basic core, and specialized standards of residential treatment services. Building Bridges II, Inc. is licensed to care for up to seven (7), males and females, ages sixteen (16) to twenty-one (21) years. The program is designed to provide transitional services for older youth. Building Bridges II, Inc. plans to contract with the Children’s Division (CD) to provide services for children in CD custody.
