HEATER AND CONTROL SYSTEM DIAGRAM
1. Fluoropolymer Sleeve Heating ElementQuality resistance element is sleeved in braidedmaterial for even coil separation. The entireelement is given an outer sleeving of pretestedand pre-extruded fluoropolymer tubing. THISIS NOT A COATED PRODUCT.
2. N2 Purge SystemThe N2 Purge monitors heater integrity andprevents condensation or diffusion of corrosivegases by purging nitrogen or clean dry airthrough the tubing.
3. Over-temperature ThermocoupleThe over-temperature cutoff device protects theintegrity of the fluoropolymer heater. If an opera-tor should leave the heater on while draining oraspirating a tank, when used in conjunction witha temperature control device, it will automaticallyshut off the heater when it is exposed to air.

The LTFH Series Filter Housing is designed forcontinuous filtering of high temperature corrosivechemicals. The filter housing delivers superior fieldservice life because it is reusable, so only the filtercartridge needs to be replaced.

Construction:• 100% heavy wall PTFE fluoropolymer wetted
surfaces• End cap mounting holes• Filter body slides on and locks into position
by means of a spin-on ring assembly (spannerwrench included)
• Able to be mounted upright or inverted (mount-ing bracket available)
