Dr. Bryan K. Williams, D.M.Dr. Bryan K. Williams is a consultant, trainer, and author who
focuses on the areas of service excellence and organizational ef-fectiveness. His passion is to serve others so they may better serve the world. Over the past several years, Bryan has provided training and consulting expertise to hundreds of organizations in over 20 industries ranging from Healthcare to Hotels & Restau-rants. His work with clients has taken him throughout the United States, Europe, Asia, Africa, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
Prior to this current venture, Bryan worked with the world-re-nowned Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company for almost 10 years. In his last role with The Ritz-Carlton, he was the Global Corporate Direc-tor of Training & Organizational Effectiveness. He assisted with setting and executing the global training strategy for the company, and for its corporate university.
Dr. Williams attended the University of the Virgin Islands, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, and an Associate of Arts in Hotel and Restaurant Management. He sub-sequently completed a Master of Arts in Education, then a Doctor of Management with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix.
Bryan was recently a member of the Board of Examiners for the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program. The Baldrige program administers the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award which is the highest recognition that a U.S. organization can achieve for performance excellence. It is awarded annually by the President of the United States to businesses from all sectors.

Michelle Tanzer - Gray Robinson, Attorneys at LawMichelle is chair of the Residential, Resort & Club Section,
co-chair of the Hospitality industry group and a shareholder in GrayRobinson’s Boca Raton office. Recognized for her extensive experience in real estate development and club and community association law, she advises her developer, hotel operator, club and community association clients with projects in the U.S. as well as the Caribbean, The Bahamas, Latin America and Asia.
Michelle uses her global hospitality industry experience to guide her clients through complex substantive issues in the current legal and economic environment, as well as operational, business and financial issues to be addressed through the life of the project.
As a Florida Supreme Court qualified arbitrator, a certified cir-
cuit civil mediator and one of four professionals selected by the American Arbitration Association for the National Golf Industry Panel, Michelle serves as arbitrator or mediator to resolve a wide range of disputes. When assisting clients, she utilizes her dis-pute resolution experience to provide counsel with a view toward dispute avoidance. Michelle has written and lectured extensively on the issues concerning residential, resort and golf projects and authored the book The Club Litigation Book – Keeping Clubs out of Court.

Jess HopkinsJess Hopkins is a positive psychology coach, speaker and con-
sultant, working to maximize wellbeing and performance within organizations around the world.
