Ener-‐G Cogenera$on System produce electric and thermal energy to be used on site or sold to the grid.
SHaRC sewer thermal energy capture. This system can provide up to 80% of the domes$c hot water for a development.
Solar Cogen can be installed in a variety of sizes and applica$ons. Used to provide electricity or thermal energy.
Modular Wastewater Treatment and Energy recovery system to reduce overall water demand by over 40%
The TITUS DESS ensures buildings are built to the highest energy efficiency. Hea$ng and cooling can be shared both within the development and the community.
TITUS u$lizes modern building principals, proven technology,
robust financial model and u$lity financing to establish
environmentally friendly, socially responsible and profitable u$li$es. Our district energy system can reduce water demand by 40%,
energy demands by 50%, and GHG emissions by 70% all while
reducing the developer capital requirement by up to 30%.

Infrastructure Services Limited Completed Project Meeting or Exceeding Expectations
Located in downtown Fort McMurray, this mixed use facility houses three hockey rinks, 12-‐sheet curling rink, Olympic size pool, leisure pool, hot tub and golf course. Ini$al upgrade plans required significant
upgrades to the municipal sewer and water system for the increased capacity. The proposed budget was $24 Million. TITUS was able install a modular
wastewater treatment plant and heat recovery system for $14M. The TITUS Plaborm will displace 2570 MWh of
thermal energy and 20 million gallons per year reduc$on in water supply
requirements. Reclaimed water will be used for golf course irriga$on and toilet
flush water in the new hotel.
Designed to house 2000 high performance athletes and form phase 1 of a 1,200 unit residen$al community. Now contains 400 affordable housing units and approx. 1,800 residence. 95% of the hea$ng and cooling for the Village is provided by the clean effluent from the local wastewater
treatment plant (10,000MWh), resul$ng in a 47% reduc$on in energy use, a 70%
reduc$on in GHG emissions. The capital cost was es$mated at US $4-‐5m. A
comparable district hea$ng system was es$mated at between $25m and $33m
($20-‐$25m for insulated steel pipe and $5-‐$8m for the energy centre).

Westhills Residen$al Mixed-‐Used Development, Victoria, BC, Canada
Westhills is a master planned community of 6,000 homes and 5 million sqj of
commercial. With a 25 year horizon, the TITUS DESS had to be modular to allow for
the fluctua$ons in absorp$on rate. Thermal energy is recovered from across the community (including an ice rink and a future wastewater treatment plant) and combined with a 212-‐hole, geo-‐exchange field to balance the hea$ng and cooling needs of the system. The DESS is also designed to distribute reclaimed water,
reducing water supply by 50%. Currently, 350 homes are connected to the system realizing a 54% reduc$on in energy requirement. The system is con$nuing to expand, with 150 homes in construc$on.
