Tired of having to contact someone to reset
your e-mail password?
By following the attached instructions and then answering a few prompts, you
can reset your email password—just like you do when you forget passwords with
outside agencies.
There are three prompts, Security Questions, Phone Number and Alternate
E-mail Address.
You must complete two of the three prompts to be able to retrieve/reset your
e-mail password.
If you choose to answer the Security Questions, you have to answer all three.
If you do not initially complete the prompts, go to www.myapps.microsoft.com.
If the process is not completed, you will have to contact ITS for help (x3232)
in resetting your password.
Once you’ve completed the steps as outlined in the attached diagram, reset-
ting your password will be as easy as A, B, C (see page 4)
