The Timesaver system, was first launched

in 1973, for use on above ground soil and

ventilating installations.

In 1980 a below ground Timesaver system

was launched to complement the soil range, and

together they became market leaders in cast

iron drainage.

Both systems were recognised for their

quality performance, and were awarded the

highly coveted BSI Kitemark in 1982. Over the

BS EN ISO 9001: 2008

Registered No: 12908

Timesaver Systems carry the B.S.

Kitemark, providing the highest guarantee of

product quality, reliability and safety.

A strict quality control system is maintained

throughout the company from purchasing of raw

materials to the inspection and testing of

products . Spontaneous checks made

throughout the year by the BSI Inspectorate,

ensure that the set standards are not allowed to

fall.

Timesaver carries the coverted British

Standard Kitemark for above and below ground

systems.

A simple innovationA push-fit joint with the appearance of a traditional soil socket. Combines traditional aesthetics with all the benefits of the modern, cast iron soil system, so important for external discharge stacks, particularly for listed buildings and areas for conservation.

Features● A push-fit joint assembled with 2 EPDM rubber seals● Joints plain or with fixing ears● Slip joint available to facilitate additions to existing systems● Available in 50mm, 75mm and 100mm diameters.

Benefits● Simple and cost effective to fit● Dramatically reduces the time taken to complete connections to a few minutes, compared with traditional caulked lead method● Utilises the Timesaver system● Flexible, extensive range - available throughout the UK● Accepted by recognised bodies for all grade listed properties.

1. Apply a small amount of lubricant(ie lubricant prod. code 199037) on the lip of the rubber gaskets, both ends, to ease insertion of pipe/fittings.

2. Push joint over the end of pipe/fitting,ensuring the central register is abutted againstthe spigot edge evenly. If the joint is eared, fix to wall using anti-corrosion coach screws or similar.

3. Push the second pipe or fitting into thegasket again ensuring that the spigot isabutted
