2001 - 2005: Time Decorations LtdDirector: running the company, working and acting as additional site supervisor, with staff & sub contractors working at multiple sites throughout UK. Gathering high experience in Building Services and Maintenance working alongside Frudd Building Services.

2005 – 2009: RMS Construction & DevelopmentSite Supervisor: co-ordinating various teams at different sites, including technical support, logistics and ordering.

2009 - 2010: Self Employed: Working as a painter & decorator on a UTR

2011 – 2014: Employed by Novus Property Solutions as Area Manager.

Responsibilities:

As Manager I project manager a number of designated contracts / sites at any one time,With responsibility for the control and management of a number of Site Managers. I ensure contracts are completed to programme, with zero defects, within budget and with no risk to the Health & Safety of the operation team, client or general public.

This involves Pre-Contract

Assist in the preparation, processing and selection of estimates, bids and tenders. Assist in the development of the procurement programme Assist in the presentation of the contract brief to the client.

Contract Manage the selection and formation of site personnel teams (inc. sub contractors) as

determined by individual contracts. Manage site personnel, work activities and resources to meet the requirements of individual

contracts. Control individual contract progress towards completion Control individual contract budgets Ensure all necessary contract documentation / reports are accurate and produced on time.

Health & Safety Ensure individual contracts comply with Legal and Statutory requirements Ensure individual contracts comply with Health, Safety and Welfare requirements. Ensure site personnel (inc. visitors) are aware of their own Health, Safety and Welfare

requirements. Manage the identification of site hazards and ensure assessments and risk control methods

are implemented. Hold an appropriate, valid CSCS Card.

Quality Ensure contracts meet with BVQI quality standards Ensure the Customer is maintained Manage individual Client/Customer care requirements and preferences Oversee claims for loss and expense.

Personnel Ensure individual site absenteeism and labour turnover is managed and controlled/reduced. Continuously develop your own learning and development Ensure the performance of reporting staff are monitor through regular appraisals and reviews. Ensure identified individual development/training needs are met. Maintain the trust and support of reporting personnel Support individuals who have problems that may affect their performance.
