Do , nu hin tng xm thc xy ra th bm c th khng kh nng to ct p ht cn thit.3. Chiu cao ht thc cn thit.Cc nh sn xut thng cung cp mt chiu cao ht thc( NPSH) da vo kt qu kim tra. Vic kim tra thng xuyn xc nh NPSH lin quan n vic vn hnh bm bm nc cc lu lng khc nhau, trong khi vic iu tit trong ng ht. p sut ht ti im u tin xut hin s ha hi c ghi ch i vi mi lu lng. NPSH l i lng cho p sut ht ti im bt u hin tng xm thc.Gi tr NPSHa ph thuc vo h thng c th ca bm s dng v c tnh ton theo iu kin h thng. i vi h thng bm n gin dng d bm nc, c tnh nh sau:NPSHa = Hatmos ( Hvapour Hin +Hv )Trong :Hatmos p sut kh quyn biu din theo ct p, mmH2O.Hvapour p sut bc hi ca nc nhit o trong bi thi nghim, mmH2O.Hin p sut o c trn ng ht bng cm bin sut, mmH2O.Hv ct p ng trn ng ht, mmH2O.1. c trng ca h thng.4. 1. Tin hnh th nghim1. Th nghim 1: Xc nh cc thng s c trng ca bm1. Bt cng tc IFD71. Bt cng tc bm FM501. Ci t tc ch 70%. Phn mn s tng tc bm n gi tr ci t1. Cho bm chy tun hon cho n khi ui kh ra h thng. ng v m nh nhng van ht v van y mt vi ln kh mt s bt kh trong h thng. Sau , m hon ton van ht.1. Trong bng kt qu, i tn sheet thnh70%1. ng van y hon ton lu lng bng 01. Nhp chut vo biu tng GO ghi li gi tr o c v bng s liu ca phn mn1. M van y mt t tng lu lng ln mt t, i mt lc cho bm hot ng n nh ri nhp chut vo biu tng GO ghi li gi tr o c vo bng s liu ca phn mn1. Tng dn m van v ghi nhn gi tr o vo bng s liu ca phn mn cho n khi van m hon ton (t nht 10 gi tr).1. Th nghim 2:Xy dng cc ng c tuyn tng hp1. Ci t tc ch 50%. 1. Cho bm chy tun hon cho n khi ui kh ra h thng. ng v m nh nhng van ht v van y mt vi ln kh mt s bt kh trong h thng. Sau , m hon ton van ht.1. Gim dn m van v ghi nhn li cc gi tr o vo bng s liu ca phn mn cho n khi van ng hon ton (t nht 10 gi tr)1. M van ht hon ton1. To mt sheet mi vi tn l 60%1. Lp li th nghim nh tc bm 20%1. To mt sheet mi vi tn l 100%1. Lp li th nghim nh tc bm 20%1. Bt kh s c quan st quanh bnh gung trong sut th nghim. Tuy nhin, hin tng xm thc cng c th khng xy ra trong iu kin lm vic ca h thng ny. Nu n c din ra, c th pht hin d dng bng vic gim hoc s bin ng ca p sut v ting n c bit (nh m thanh ca giy bng knh xenlofan ku tanh tch, v m thanh nh trong bm y hoc cm thch). Nu hin tng xm thc bt u xut hin hay ghi ch li. Ngay sau khi c kt qu hy m dn van ht khng cn hin tng xm thc na trnh tc hi n cnh gung.1.
