Update on Tier I Database

IBM contracted to develop Tier 1 database• Phase 1 completed September 2011

- Review our system- Review our specification- Submit quote to complete

• Phase 2 to be awarded imminently- Fixing/completing Maximo upgrade- Adding mobile capability- Programming for Tier 1 and PeopleSoft interface

• Time to complete is approximately 3 months

Developing FY 12 ESH Objective/Target Related to Improving Tier I Inspection Program

J. Selva in FY12 ESH Targets: Improve and Evaluate Tier 1 Inspection Program

Implement new Tier 1 program or evaluate alternatives to the Tier 1 process that reduce site-wide labor burden but improve hazard identification.

J. Selva is working on this with Ed Nowak
