Toviewthedetailsofthelastknownlocationofthedevice,

1. Ensuretheboxischeckednexttothedevice2. Tapontheavatarofthedeviceshownonthemap.

Directions Thedirectionsfeatureallowsyoutoseewhereyouare(usingthelocationservicesonyousmartphone)inrelationtothelocationofthepersonwearingthewatchandreceivesdirectionsonhowtogettothem.Toperformthetasksunderthistopic,clickonthe“Directions”tab.

1. Clickontheavatarofthedeviceonthemap,thefollowingoptionswillappear.

2. Togetdirectionstoyourdevice,clickon“GetDirections”

4. Choosethemodeoftravel.*Transitrelatestopublictransport.

5. Theroutetoyourdevicewillappearwithinthewindowandalsoonthemap.

6. Ifyouthenwishtonavigatetowardsyourdevicelocation,tapon androutewillopeninyourdefaultnavigatorapp.

7. Ifatanytimeyouneedtorefreshyourdeviceslocations,tapontherefresh button.

8. Todeleteadirectionandstartagaintapontheerasericon atthetopofthemap.

Draw Fence Toperformthetasksunderthistopic,clickon“Drawfence”tab.

Draw a New Fence

Todrawanewfence,

1. Use,

2. Typeinthelocationtostartyourfencefromusingthesearchlocationbutton.3. Drawthefencebytappingonthemaparoundtheareayouwanttosetastheboundary.4. Thentapinthegreyareawithinthefenceyouhavesetanda“Fenceproperties”popupwill

appear.5. Setthefencepropertiesappropriatelyandclickonthe“SAVEFENCE”button.

Fence Properties

Ifyouareintheprocessofcreatinganewfence,thefencepropertieswillbeemptyatthestart.Inordertosave,filleachfieldasnecessary.

NOTE:FencenameismandatoryanditshouldonlycontaincharactersfromAtoZ,0to9andwhitespaces.Onceyousavethefence,thatnamecannotbemodified.

Fence Details Section ThissectionwillshowtheFencename,AlarmTypeandtheStatusofagivenFence.

1. AlarmType(In/Out)-Ifyouselect“In”option,thealarmwillbetriggeredasadevicecomesintotheareaboundedbythefence.Ifyouselect“Out”option,thealarmwillbetriggeredasadeviceleavesthefencearea

2. StatusofFence(Active/Inactive)–Ifyousetthisas“Inactive”,Fencewillbeturnedoffuntilyousetthispropertyto“Active”again.

Active Fence Section Inthissection,youcanspecifythedate(s),timeanddaysinwhichtoactivatethefence.Youcansettheactive:

1. Daterange -DateRangetoactivatethefence2. Days -Dayoftheweektoactivatethefence3. Time -Timeofthedaytoactivatethefence

Note:Youcansetthesepropertiesinacombinationofspecificdaterange,daysandtime.

Inactive Fence Section

Inthissection,youcanselectdateandtimerangethefenceissupposedtobeinactive.Thisoptionwillcomeinhandyespeciallyduringschoolholidays

Assign Devices to Fence - IMPORTANT

Onceyouhavesetupyourfenceyouneedtoensureyouassignittoadevicesothatthesystemknowsthatwatchthefencerelatesto.Toassigndevicestoafence,

1. Whilestillonthe“DrawFence”tab2. Taponthelefthandnavigation(3horizontallines)andchoosethenameofthefenceyouhave

justsetupfromthedropdownmenunexttothefenceicon.Thefencewillappearonthemap.3. TapAgainonthe“DrawFence”tabinthebottomnavigationmenuasshownbelow.4. The“AssignDevices”Menuwillappear,tapon‘AssignDevices’

Edit a Fence

1. Toedittheboundariesorfencepropertiesofanexistingfence,selectthefencefromtheleftsidebarbytappingintheareatotherightofthefenceiconandchoosingthenameofthefence.

2. Thefencewillappearonthemap.3. Taponthe3horizontallinestoaccessthesidenavigationagain4. Clickonthe“Edit”button5. Thefencewillappearonthemap.Youcanadjusttheboundariesbydraggingfromthecorner

points.6. Onceyouaredonewithrestructuringthefence,clickinsidethefencearea7. “FenceProperties”willappearandyoucaneditthefencepropertiesasrequired8. Click“Apply”

NOTE:Youcanundotheadjustmentbyclickingonthe whichappearsnexttothefenceonthemap

Delete a Fence

Todeleteafence,

1. Selectthefencetobedeletedfromthedropdownlistinleftsidebar.2. Clickonthe“Delete”button

NOTE:Youcannotundoonceyoudeleteafence.

Reports TicTocTrackoffersavarietyofreportstoshowtheactivityofyourwatch.Toperformthetasksunderthistopic,select“Reports”tab.

Historical Playback Thisreportshowsyouthejourneythedevicehastakeninagiventimeperiod.

Tracking Records Report Thetrackingrecordsreportshowsyouallcommunicationthedevicehashadwiththeserveroveragiventimeperiod.Thisisparticularlyusefultoconfirmthewatchisonataparticulartimeandcommunicatingwiththeserverevenifitisn’tabletogeneratealocation.

ToviewtheTrackingRecordsReport,

1. Select“Trackingrecordsreport”from“Reports”menu2. Openthelefthandnavigationpaneandthefollowingwillbevisible

3. ToviewalldevicesTrackingrecordsselect“All”orperdeviceselectdevicename4. Selectdateandtimerangeforfilteringfields.5. Click“View”

Geo-Fence Statistics ToviewtheGeo-FenceStatistics,
