Peter Mann has been in the development industry for over 21 years. Phil Walkom has been involved in both the property development and banking industry for over 30 years. The site street frontage is located on Haig Street.

There are existing residential towers to the North of the site along Whiteman Street ranging from 19 – 31 stories, and a new residential development currently being constructed on the corner of Clarendon and Whiteman Streets.

Clarendon Towers sits at 20 levels to the south east of the site, on the corner of Clarendon and Haig Streets.

The building has been designed in response to the location and its relationship to the adjoining buildings and the significant improvement of the streetscape along Clarendon Street, and will complement the Southbank Street system.

The lofty 4.6m high ceiling evokes an amazing sense of open space, whilst stone floor tiles meet walls of glass highlights that create a folded ribbon effect.

The vibrant glass panelling provides a view through to the centrepiece - the swimming pool.

The water within the pool creates dynamic movement from the coloured glass walls, reflecting through all areas within the lobby.

CCTV security cameras operate within the lobby and entrance to lifts.
