Participate in more activities? Whatever your New Year’s Resolution might be, let us know and let us help you reach your 2018 goals. We like that resolution!

Top New Year’s Resolutions

Fitness Goals: Sonata West Offers a variety of Fitness Classes. We have offer routine exercise classes, yoga, aqua aerobics, balance chi, chair cardio and walking club to help you accomplish your fi tness goals. Remember, all exercise classes are led by licensed therapists.

Nutrition Goals: Chef Chris utilizes farm to table and chef specials to make sure there is always wholesome options. Nutrition is one of the most important factors that contribute to overall wellness. Use the new year as motivation to dig into some fresh healthy eating habits.

Organization Goals: Speak with JoAnn, our move-in coordinator, who can refer you to companies that help with downsizing and organization. Donate things you don’t use anymore! Stay tuned for an announcement for a “spring cleaning” downsizing seminar!

Quality Time with Friends/Family Goals: Invite your friends and families to join you for a meal or participate in Activities with you here at Sonata West.

having another one! On Thursday, January 11th at 2pm, join artist Vicki Sheerin for a fun, no experience required, painting party! You’ll create your own beautiful painting on canvas by following fun and easy step by step instructions in a relaxed atmosphere.
