To Me, LGBT+ Programs is... “...safety. I have a place to go where I know I am not being judged. I can walk in with a boyfriend or a girlfriend and receive loving responses from the students and staff. I can feel 100% okay with myself and the people I fall in love with.”

“...an island of acceptance and a mixing pot for new friends.”

“...a place you can always find someone who cares about your wellbeing—whether that means lending an ear, giving advice, or supplying a much needed hug. Someone is always there to help.”

“...the kind of place you carry with you even after you leave. The staff and students leave such a lasting impression of welcoming you to whoever you are or want to become.”

“…where I found my best friends and made a home away from home. It is the first place I would turn to for information on GLBTQ topics for papers and personal interests.”
