The THRIVE (Trauma and Health Research on Immunity, Vitality and Emotions) Lab is focused on revealing how psychological stress drives the development of mental and physical disorders. We aim to identify the factors that account for the adverse effects of psychological stress. Clinical research coordinators will schedule study sessions, screen potential study participants, collect data, manage online databases, amend proposals and assist with literature reviews and manuscript preparations, and more. Experience with experimental human research. Good knowledge of experimental design. Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills. Strong computer literacy (including Word and Excel) Experience with Mac and PC. Ability to function effectively in dynamic workplace (tasks vary frequently). Ability to work independently. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with CHRs, IRBs or human subjects research approval Fluency in the use of online survey administration websites (e.g. RedCap, Qualtrics, Survey Monkey) Fluency in the usage of CHR online iris system.
