Transfer is included for those arriving on Dec. 29 between 11:00 am and 4pm. Alternate arrivals will incur an additional fee of $15 (one way) Room check-in is at 3:00, but we will have our registration desk open at 11:00 and you can keep your bags at the front desk and explore the grounds and start cocktailing. Our first formal activity will be a dinner at 6:30, but an informal meet and greet will be earlier.

For those who have been to this resort with us before, we want to make sure you are aware that the price quoted is NOT for the Royal Service area we had before. There are certain



sections that will be off limit (a private pool area and a private beach area and one restaurant). It is also not an adult only section. We don’t expect a huge number of kids at the resort because pricing is so high and because there is a separate building in the complex with its own pools and restaurants that also has a kids club. But we didn’t want people to be surprised. Also, in order to get an ocean view or ocean front, you do have to upgrade to the Royal Service section.

Meals We will have 2 nights that we will coordinate dine arounds and two nights private dinners and parties. We will also have special cocktail receptions. But these are the restaurants

Group Travelling: Jewish singles to create an experience from across the country (and world) age range 34-55 (Anyone who likes to relax, enjoy the good things in life and like to play is welcome to join. If it is a wide range, we’ll have separate age specific events).

Itinerary You can be as active as you’d like or hang back at the pool or beach. We have various activities for you to partake in throughout the day with others such as a soccer game or tennis tournaments Feel free to grab a few friends and do something like take a kayak or sailboat out on the water. New Year’s Eve we will be part of the hotel’s gala live band, DJ and fireworks.

We have planned some fun full-group activities and will let you know about the optional activities that we have selected. One really nice thing is that the hotel is involved in helping the poor community that surrounds it. If you are interested in partaking in a half day or full day service project at the local school, please let us know. One option is to add a day before or after the regular trip for this. How do I join this trip?:

• Participant contract/profile • Payment (generally in full, though installments can be worked out) • Signed waiver form • International Trips: 2 clear copies of your passport

Travel Protection:

We offer travel insurance—things do happen unfortunately. The rate depends on total pricing (inclusion or exclusion of air), your age, and your state. Please check insurance quote in the registration form below.

Cancellation policy:

The following cancellation policies apply regardless of when you registered, even for personal emergencies. Nor is there a refund for leaving a tour early or arriving late. The cancellation policy is based on your total trip cost and not the money that Steppin' Out has in hand and you are still obligated to pay the balance due. For example, if you signed up for a trip and only gave a deposit, and then didn't cancel until 80 days prior, you would owe Steppin' Out 50% of the full trip cost.

180-131 days prior to the trip- 25% of full payment will be retained; 75% refundable 130-91 days prior to the trip- 50% of full payment will be retained 90 days prior to the start of the trip, no refund will be given.



Responsibility: All tickets and vouchers covering ground transportation, hotel accommodations, lift tickets or other items in the package are issued by Steppin’ Out only as an agent for such companies furnishing such services. Neither they nor their subagents shall be held liable for loss or damage to property or injury to person caused by reason of any defect by any transportation company, lodging company, car company, ski area, agent or any service/item in the package outside their direct control. Steppin’ Out reserves the right to make changes and alterations in the itinerary that are found necessary for proper handling of tours. In such an event, substitute services or equal or greater value will be furnished, or refunded, but the alternate services will still fall under the liability statements above. Steppin’ Out shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason, defect, or through acts of omissions of any person or company described in the confirmation. In the event of a group or bulk ticket, Steppin’ Out is not responsible for any default of the airline. Should a dispute arise, venue shall be in the State of Illinois
