How to enjoy doing work in stipulated 8 hours?

This is a very interesting question to which all of us are looking for the exact answer.

Probably all I can say is ….

Plan your work ahead so that you can enjoy and finish your work in stipulated time

Break your work into small action plans so that you do not find it very stressful and you will start feeling better every time you achieve an action plan set.

Allocate your work to subordinates properly (whatever you can) so that you can spend your time on more important assignments and hence enjoy doing your work.

Forget about the statement, "It can't be done.“ The more creative you become

in your job, the further you can go.

Focus on possible solutions. Look at the problem differently. Whatever you do, don't let the hurdle render you ineffective.

Take a break whenever you feel that the work is over stressing you. You can listen to a song and chat with friends which will relax you so that you can enjoy doing your work.

Drink lot of water to stay cool always.

Don't take your personal emotions to office and avoid attending mobile phones unless if it’s an emergency.
