Tips: Practice doing a few dots on a sheet of paper till you get the right size and consistency that you want. Do the same onto the surface of your nail. Be careful not to use too much pressure, as that may cause the dots to look deformed.

How To Clean New8Beauty Nail Brushes Set

Just like any other brush used for painting, the nail art brushes must be cleaned after it is used. Never use the acetone nail polish remover to wash New8Beauty Nail Brush Set. This will weaken the glue and will cause the bristles will fall out. Eventually, doing this will slowly ruin your brushes. Clean your brush in a small glass with water after each stroke while you’re working. Never let the bristle touch the bottom of the glass as it

tips will become bent. You can avoid this by using

clothespin to keep the bristles from touching the bottom

of the container, keeping them straight. Never let it cover

any part of the ferrule or handle.

You may clean your nail brushes using nail polish

thinner, and let the brushes dry naturally. Remember, do

not run the brushes under water. This will cause the nail

thinner to ball up and get stuck in the bristles. Wipe the brush on a clean paper towel or lint-free wipe. Repeat as needed until your brush is clean! Shape the bristles together with your fingers to take out excess water and reform the original shape of the brush.

Chapter 3: How to Draw Flowers on Nails

You may think that to look good you need not do a nail

job. What really matters is clothes, makeup or attitude.

Well, I would agree with you totally. But then, don’t you

think that all women would think the same? So, in order

to look different, you can also indulge in some cool nail

art, which will ensure not only some eye-grabbing from

other girls but also from few men too! So let’s figure out

how to draw flowers on nails and reinvent your ordinary

looking nails.

Very importantly, you will need a fine paintbrush. Then,

acrylic paints comes second in the list. Acrylic nails are

better than nail varnishes for painting, and that is

because they are light and easy to make designs with.

Also, you may require rhinestones and glitter for that

extra touch for your designs.

Drawing Flowers on Nails

Tо begin with, you will need to make a coat on your nail

with nail varnish. Make sure that this coat is extra smooth

so that it will let your designs flow easily onto your nails.

While painting, do not immerse the brush head

completely in the paint, just immerse it enough wet the

tip of it. Once you have applied а coat of varnish on your

nail, let it dry. Once it is dried start painting.

The next step involves using your brush to make the

outlines. For beginners, start with making few simpler

designs or shapes. Try to make bubbles with circles or

zig-zag lines and so on. Initially, you may find it difficult

to grab the paint brush, but then try holding it in

different angels and you will get to know which angle

gives you the maximum grip.

Tо draw а flower, first, with your paintbrush dab at the

center of your nail. Do not use a lot of paint because it

may spill.

Next, choose what color petal you want. Once the color

has been decided, use the paintbrush to make the petals

of your flower. You will need to start from the center,

from where you had dabbed earlier. As you go further

from the center, apply а little pressure to make those

petals thicker. The petals must be thicker towards the

outer edge and relatively thinner from the center.

You can draw four to five petals. It will come to you

naturally, if you know how to draw flowers (which I am

sure most of us do). Make sure that you do them neatly,

and after every petal you make, let them dry so that the

other petal which you will make must not bloat with it.

Once you have made your design and are happy with it,

apply a top coat. This is the most important part as we

want our design to be sealed.

And here you are, ready with your flower design. The

paint job is effortless, after all we all know how to draw

flowers. Repeat it for the nails of your fingers or toes too.

But remember to let the design be uniform on all of

them. For better results, rest your hand/feet on a table to

avoid shaky hands which can ruin your design. To make

your nail art look more vibrant, make use of as much

colors as you can, and use them differently. Also, it is

good to keep nail varnishes of a variety of colors to

match with your wardrobe.

You can also try some freehand nail art designs on them.

If you are too skeptical to experiment on your nails, then

for you to practice you can get some false nail tips or you

can also first try some simple designs, and can practice on

them. For your paintbrushes, clean them with nail polish

remover, then rinse with water and allow them to dry.

Make sure to clean them thoroughly to use them over

again.

brush! One of my favorite designs is the beach theme!

For this design, apply one strip of baby pink shade and

one of white. Decorate it with cream colored adhesive

stones.

First let us understand what freehand nail art is. Well, as

you’ve already guessed by the name, it is any form of art,

that is used on nails, using your hands. The nails could be

your natural nails, or even acrylic nails for that matter.

Because they are free hand, you can use any creative idea

that comes to your mind. All you need is a couple of

really thin paint brushes, some fabulous nail polish

shades, and a wild imagination!

Take a fine brush, а nail paint color of your choice, and

start with the designs. Believe me, once you start, you will

feel your nails are the best canvas to paint over and

explore your creativity. You can draw some designs on a

paper with pencil, and then choose one for your nails. It

will be easier to copy one instead of directly trying it on

your nails, if you are not so good at painting. Read on for

Sunset

Nail Polish Shades Required: Yellow, Orange, Black

Don’t get worried reading the name. This is a very simple

design to try out. First, give your nails a wash with the

yellow color using the nail polish brush. Let it dry. Then,

with the thin brush, take a little orange color, and draw a

а tiny sun in the center of the nail. You can also reverse

the colors if you want. After the sun dries up, take the

black color, and draw tiny black 'V's, which will look like

birds flying away into the sunset.

Flags

Nail Polish Shades Required: White, Colors of flags you

wish to draw.

For this idea, you need to decide whether you want to

draw just one flag on all nails, or different ones on each.

It depends on the occasion as well. Once you decide that,

you also need pictures of these, so that you don’t mess up

the flag, and end up wasting a lot of nail polish and

remover. First give all your nails а wash with the white

nail polish. Then, referring to the picture, use the thin

brush, and the respective colors of the flags, to draw

them on the nails. Let them dry.

Vine with Flowers

Nail Polish Shades Required: Green, White, Bright Red

First, paint all your nails white. Then, take the thin brush,

dip it in the green color, and draw а meandering vine

from one corner of the nail, to the opposite diagonal

corner. Draw some small leaves on the vines at regular

intervals. Once the vines dry, take the red color with the

thin brush, and make some pretty flowers, between the

leaves.

Midnight Moon

Nail Polish Shades Required: Black or Dark Blue, Light

Blue, White, Silver

This nail art idea will give your nails an elegant look. First,

using the dark blue or black, paint your entire nail. After

it dries, take a little light blue in another container, and

dilute it using a nail polish thinner. When the consistency

is thin, almost like water, apply it with the nail polish

brush over the dark blue. The two colors should mesh,

and both should be seen. Then, after they dry, use the

thin paint brush to draw some stars with the silver color,

and a striking crescent moon with the white color!

Christmas Nail Art Designs

Sо, you are going to a party this Christmas or having one

at your place. Your outfit, makeup, shoes, everything have

been decided well in advance. However, you want to do

something fun, something adventurous with your look

this Christmas. The creative nail designs below offer you

simple that even beginners can easily do them on their

nails. At the same time, they are unique and interesting

enough to make heads turn wherever you go.

Snowman Designs

To create this design, you will need nail polish in three

colors. Start with making two circles on your nail using

white nail polish, one on top of the other. The one near

the tip should be small, followed by a larger at the base.

Now, take а black polish and draw eyes and buttons. You

may also draw a hat of the snowman and a scarf around

the neck of the snowman.

Starry Designs

Paint a Christmas tree topper, а golden star on the nails.

Start with applying а bright red nail polish on your nails.

Next, with a golden polish, draw a star with five edges,

covering the entire nail. To make the star glitter like а tree

topper, stick а few golden rhinestones on it!

Red and Green

One of the easy nail art designs for beginners is to simply

paint the nails with colors traditionally associated with

Christmas i.e. red and green. Start with painting half of

your nail in green color, from the base. Next, color the

upper half in red color. If you can paint the nails in

diagonal halves, even better. You can even draw some

snowflakes to decorate your nail!

Christmas Light Designs

Start with applying а light-colored polish such as pink on

entire nail. When it’s dry, take а small brush, black polish

and draw horizontal and vertical lines on the entire nail

like the strings of Christmas lights. In the end, take a

golden polish and make dots on these lines to make tiny

bulbs!

Bow Designs

A fun way to do the nails this Christmas is to paint them

all in different colors. Sо, take polishes in five bright

colors such as yellow, red, blue, green and purple. Starting

from the nail tip, paint one-third of your nails with each

of them. In the end, take silver bow Christmas stickers

and place them just on top of the line where your nail

polish ends. Or if you are confident, make the bows

yourself with glitter silver polish.

Santa

A Santa Claus may seem like а daunting task to make on

the nails, but it’s not that difficult. Start with painting а

white "u" from the base of the nail with white polish. Fill

the "U" (Santa's face) with the same white colored polish.

Next, make а red triangle on top of it. This will serve as

the Santa's cap. In the end, take two silver rhinestones

and stick them as Santa's eyes on the white "U". With a

red polish, make Santa's mouth. In the end, taking white

polish, draw Santa's beard, below the red mouth!

How To Avoid Smudging Your Nail Art Design

Wait 2 minutes between each layer of polish that

you applied.

Once your nail design is finished, wait longer

before you apply the top coat. Slightly glide the

top coat over the nails so that only the top coat

touches the nail, and not the top coat brush.

Only use 3 strokes to apply the top coat.

How To Dry Your Nails Fast

Use a fast drying top coat.

Use a PAM cooking spray. Spray a thin even coat

of PAM cooking spray over your nails with a

piece of paper towel beneath your hands. Massage

the oil into your cuticles and skin. Rinse your

hands to remove excess oil.

Dip your entire nails with olive oil around 5

seconds can massage the remaining oil into your

cuticles. Rinse off the excess oil.

Gently place your nails into a bowl of cold water

with ice cubes for a few minutes to quicken the

drying process. Make sure you don't bump your

nails against the ice cubes as it will smudge your

nail art.

How To Make Your Nail Polish Last Longer

Don’t overload your nails with nail polish. Go for

thinner strokes. Thick layers tend to peel off.

File your nails in one direction. Back and forth

directions will weaken the nail, and resulting in

breakage and peeling issues.

When you apply the top coat, remember to seal

the edge of your nails.

Use gloves when doing house chores like washing

dishes.

Apply vinegar to your nails before base coat.

delicate designs.

Never shake your nail polish as it will create air

bubbles in the lacquer or on your nails. Just roll

the nail polish back and forth while holding the

nail polish vertically.

Put a small drop of olive oil on the surface of

your freshly painted nails can help speed up the

drying process and can prevent smudges.

For clean-up, you want to make sure the edges

and cuticles are free of polish so that the nail art is

the main focus, not your edges.

Always use a base coat and finish with a glossy top coat for shine and protection and to help prolong the wear of your nail art. Going without one will cause your nail art to chip within two days. With the help of a top coat, your nail art can last for up to seven days.
