Lot 1- Behind the scenes at BBC's

Saturday Morning Kitchen This is a unique opportunity to be a guest of the production team, and enjoy being behind the scenes of the BBC’s Saturday Kitchen - Britain’s favourite cooking show. You’ll have the chance to soak up the atmosphere from a position that money can’t buy. You will taste the food, sample the wines and experience a live TV show, as well as meeting all the chefs. Included is a signed chef’s jacket which all chefs and guests from the last 12 months have signed including actor Antonio Banderas!

Lot 2- Discover South East Asia’s treasures with Mandarin Oriental

Immerse yourself in Asian luxury by discovering South East Asia through Mandarin Oriental. This journey for two includes a three night stay and spa treatment at the world famous Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok, followed by three nights at Mandarin Oriental, Kuala Lumpur in a Park Suite with Daily Breakfast for two. Then go on to Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta where you are invited for a three night stay including breakfast and a two-hour treatment for two at the Spa.

Lot 3- Cooking with 2* Michelin Chef and Roux Scholar Sat Bains in

Nottingham

Enjoy an amazing kitchen workshop with Sat Bains (Roux scholar 1999) where you will learn how to prepare, chop and fillet under chef supervision. Following this half-day experience, we invite you to enjoy a meal at his Michelin-starred Restaurant Sat Bains (including wines) before staying the night in one of the cosy rooms.

Lot 4- Spend 8 amazing nights in Five-star indulgence in Asia

Discover China by visiting Macau, Hong Kong and Guangzhou. Start the trip by staying at Mandarin Oriental, Macau for two nights including a two-hour spa treatment for one. Then move to Grand Lapa, Macau where you will stay in a one-bedroom suite for two nights including a daily buffet breakfast for two. Following this, travel to Hong Kong, the “pearl of the orient” and stay at the exclusive The Upper House for two nights, including daily breakfast for two and a dinner for two. Complete the trip by visiting Guangzhou and staying at the newly opened Mandarin Oriental, Guangzhou for two nights with daily breakfast.

Lot 5- Demonstration with legendary Chef Rick Stein in Padstow followed

by dinner and an overnight stay An amazing opportunity for two to enjoy a cooking demonstration at Rick Stein’s Seafood Cookery School with chef and television personality Rick Stein. These highly sought after demonstrations only happen four times a year and offer 50 places in total. Following this you are invited to enjoy a dinner and overnight stay at Seafood Restaurant, Padstow.

Lot 6- Discover Dubai, an Arabian Adventure

A summer treat for two in exciting Dubai! We invite you to enjoy Dubai starting with a three night stay at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in a Lagoon residence including breakfast, airport transfers and a hammam treatment for two. Following this we invite you to stay for two nights at the world’s only 7-star hotel, Burj Al Arab, then two nights at the Shangri-La , two nights at Mina A’Salam Madinat Dubai and finally enjoy four nights at Le Royal Meridien including access to the Royal Club lounge, airport transfers, and dinner for 2 in Rhodes Twenty10 including house beverages. We also invite you to enjoy a dinner at Qbara, one of Dubai’s newest and most glamorous restaurants.

Lot 7- Dine with Scotland's only 2* Michelin Chef and first Roux scholar Andrew Fairlie

Enjoy a tasting menu dinner for four people with matched wines at Restaurant Andrew Fairlie in Gleneagles Hotel and Resort. Following dinner, transfers will be organized to bring your group to stay for one night in two double rooms at Cromlix House Hotel, a stunning small hotel bought by Tennis Ace Andy Murray in his home town of Dunblane in Perthshire due to open on 1st April 2014. Alternatively you can stay for two nights in one double room. Dinner, bed and breakfast are included.

Lot 8- Shoot with Chef Michel Roux in Kent with dinner and

stay at The Waterside Inn Two lucky individuals will have the opportunity to join Chef Michel Roux as his special guests at his private shoot at George Digweed’s Glassenbury

and Owley Shoot at Triggs Farm in Kent in November 2014. Joining will be George Digweed, MBE who has won 22 world clay pigeon titles, 22 European titles and 12 world cups. The shoot will consist of a mixed bag of pheasants, ducks and partridges. A shoot lunch and afternoon tea are included. Prior to the shoot day, you are invited to join Michel and his guests for a private dinner with grand and premier cru wines plus an overnight stay at The Waterside Inn.

Lot 9- Incredible India: Journey of a lifetime

Experience a unique trip for two through India. Spend three nights at the historic Oberoi Udaivilas, Udaipur and indulge in Rajasthani luxury. You are then invited to enjoy a two night stay at The Oberoi Rajvilas, Jaipur formerly a 280-year-old Shiva temple and a Rajasthani haveli. End your trip by enjoying the Indian city life in Delhi where you will stay at Hyatt Regency Delhi for four nights with breakfast and two dinners included.

Lot 10- Amazing overnight stay and dinner at The Waterside Inn for 1 night Enjoy a three Michelin starred Dinner in a private dining room for 10 people to be prepared by Michel Roux and Alain Roux, complemented by Premier Cru and Grand Cru Wines from Michel Roux's private cellar; included are also five rooms for yourself and your guests for an overnight stay at the Waterside Inn in Bray.

Lot 1- Le Gavroche Tasting Menu dinner

Enjoy a gourmet tasting menu dinner for four at celebrity chef Michel Roux Jr’s Le Gavroche restaurant. Included in the package is a tasting menu with champagne and wines as well as a signed collection of books.

Lot 2- Billingsgate Fish Market Tour with chef Andrew Jones

followed by breakfast and a cooking demonstration

You and up to 4 guests are invited to look behind the scenes at one of London’s premier seafood wholesalers Chamberlain & Thelwell Ltd. Purveyors. Take a tour through Billingsgate Market with Chamberlain’s Executive Chef Andrew Jones to select fish to cook for lunch prepared later that day followed by champagne breakfast and a cooking class.

Lot 3- Luxury London stay at Café Royal

Enjoy a one night stay for two in a Portland Deluxe room in the newly opened Café Royal next to Piccadilly Circus. Breakfast included. Additionally we invite you to have a meal at Galvin at Windows Restaurant at the London Hilton or Park Lane hotel

Lot 4- Overnight stay at the stunning Lucknam Park near Bath

Enjoy country house living at its very best with a one night stay at Lucknam Park. Enjoy an overnight stay with a dinner in the Michelin starred Park or Brasserie restaurant, a full English breakfast and full use of the spa facilities. You are also

invited to enjoy a one-day course in the new cookery school headed up by Roux Scholar Hrishikesh Desai under the guidance of Lucknam Park’s Michelin starred Executive Chef Hywel Jones.

Lot 5- Menu Tasting and Stay at The Montagu Arms Hotel

Stay at the uniquely charming The Montagu Arms set in the picturesque village of Beaulieu for a one night stay for two including breakfast, an afternoon kitchen demonstration with Roux scholar Matthew Tomkinson, pre-dinner wine tasting in the Cellar and a Menu Surprise Dinner with Wine pairing. You are also welcome to use the facilities at Careys Manor.

in Bray You are invited to enjoy a tasting menu for two (excluding drinks and service) at the awarding winning The Fat Duck restaurant by Chef Heston Blumenthal.

Lot 7- Istanbul trip with stay at the legendary Pera Palace

Jumeirah Step back in time and discover the glory of Istanbul's ‘belle époque’ days at the timeless Pera Palace Hotel Jumeirah. Stay in a Golden Horn View room for two including breakfast.

Lot 9- Cookery Class and lunch/dinner with Chef Mark Birchall at L'Enclume

Simon Rogan is one of the UK's most exciting chefs, his food is anything but traditional with L'Enclume regarded as one the country’s finest restaurants. You are invited to enjoy a cooking class with Roux Scholar and Head Chef Mark Birchall followed by a lunch or dinner for two.

Lot 10- Tasting Menu at Cliveden House by Roux Scholar Andre Garrett

One of the world's finest luxury hotels, Cliveden House is set in the heart of the Berkshire countryside, surrounded by 376 acres of magnificent National Trust managed Grade I listed formal gardens and parkland. Chef Andre Garrett and his team invite you for a special designed tasting menu for two with wine flight.

Lot 11- Limited First Edition of "Cat O'Nine Tales" by Lord Archer Lord Archer's book "Cat O'Nine Tales" enhanced with hilarious drawings by Ronald Searle, CBE the famous cartoonist and illustrator. Signed by Lord Archer, limited first edition collectors' hard back copy, printed 2006.
