Powerpoint by Terri Talley
Big ones,
small ones,
Fat ones,
s k i n n y ones,
Round ones,
If you please.
Horseflies,
roaches,
termites,
centipedes.
Spiders,
hornets,
moths,
and fleas.
Most bug bodies have 3 parts:
Thorax,
head, and
abdomen.
Some eat nectar,
Some eat blood!
Some look like an alien!
They’re just bugs! Bugs! Bugs!
Call ‘em what you want -
They’re just bugs! Bugs! Bugs!
Bugs to me!
Some have stingers,
Some have camouflage,
Some have sharp spines,
Some can fly!
Stink bugs,
crickets,
beetles,
millipedes.
Paper wasps,
and
dragonflies.
Some bugs can be
poisonous,
Some bugs are as big
as birds.
Some bugs eat bugs to survive.
Some bugs are too cool
for words!
They’re just bugs! Bugs! Bugs!
Call ‘em what you want -
They’re just bugs! Bugs! Bugs!
Bugs to me!
Army ants and killer bees!
They’re just bugs to me!
Compound eyes to help them see!
They’re just bugs to me!
Some that fly and some that crawl!
They’re just bugs to me!
Some are sticking to the wall!
They’re just bugs to me!
Lightning bugs and butterflies!
They’re just bugs to me!
Their color scheme can mesmerize!
They’re just bugs to me!
Some are brown and some are red!
They’re just bugs to me!
Some have antennae on their head!
They’re just bugs to me!
They’re just bugs! Bugs! Bugs!
Call ‘em what you want -
They’re just bugs! Bugs! Bugs!
Bugs to me!
THEY’RE
JUST
BUGS!
