vWork Scheduler runs in the cloud and allows you to quickly and easily manage your Oracle eAM resources from any web browser. It is designed to be the easy, one-stop shop for maintenance planners and schedulers to interact with Oracle eAM. It enables maintenance planners and schedulers to easily schedule work for maintenance
technicians.
With intuitive drag-and-drop capabilities, schedulers can optimize the scheduling of their crews and technicians. vWork Scheduler also allows schedulers to create, print, notate and complete work orders, create associated work requests, and view/print all asset, activity, work order and operation attachments.
Maintenance planners have drill-down access to information relating to the assets their technicians are working on, maintenance history of an asset, the asset bill of material, and direct purchases made for an asset.

The Supervisor Scheduling Tool One of the main cost efficiencies a maintenance organization can achieve is to have a full, realistic and planned schedule for the maintenance technicians. vWork Scheduler enables maintenance supervisors and planners to establish work that can be assigned to crews, crafts or even individuals by creatively using Oracle eAM data structures in a different way. Work order and operation “owning departments” are used as repositories of work to be assigned.
Graphical Reporting vWork Scheduler allows you to create custom graphical reports, increasing your ability to target processes.
