Literature review

This literature review is based on previous research that have been conducted by the other

researcher about e-learning system effectiveness in their countries. (Stephen M. Mutula,

2002) there are many definition related to the effectiveness of e-learning system which

saying that with implementing e-learning system now days universities could bring more

talented and well skilled workers to many organization for them to work with. The researcher

found that many universities says that traditional ways of learning methodology is no longer

keeping pace with increasingly diverse group of students from differing geographical

location, ethnic background and varied abilities. The effectiveness of e-learning in Botswana

University is being more sufficient resources that can bring huge changes to the university

that makes them not to worry about finding more classroom to conduct a meeting about any

information for the students, with this students will be more motivated to and the attitude of

staff changed. It is important that the university put in place a management system to deal

with conservatism, negative attitudes and many more ( Kyazze,2001).
