Abstract Name: DR. COLE TESTIMONY; BIO-CHEMICAL WARFARE TESTING

Abstract

This abstract is the actual testimony Doctor Leonard A. Cole (an instructor at Rutgers University) gave to the United States Senate Committee Veterans’ Affairs on May 6, 1994 at the invitation of Senator Rockefeller. Dr. Cole’s testimony details numerous biological and chemical warfare agents (called ‘simulants’) outdoor spraying tests on human populations within the US by the US Army in its ‘Biological Defense Program’ from the 1940’s through to the 1980’s, and associated effects on such populations that included severe illnesses and diseases, and quite possibly death. Dr. Cole makes it quite clear that human subjects of some of these chemical and biological tests were either not at all informed of the tests beforehand, or were inadequately informed. An example of this is the exposing of the fact that the Army would ask people to sign consent forms for these tests AFTER the tests were alreadycarried out. The Army testified that at times they never monitored the health effectson the millions of those affected, because they assumed the chemicals and biologicals to be harmless. Dr. Cole ends with recommendations for changes to protect populations, including informing populations of testing, and monitoring the health effects of these tests.

This paper is the actual Air Force document from August 1996 titled ‘Weather as a Force Multiplier: Owning the Weather in 2025. The Executive Summary of this document contains the following justification for endeavoring to manipulate and control the weather:

In 2025, US aerospace forces can "own the weather" by capitalizing on emerging technologies and focusing development of those technologies to war-fighting applications. Such a capability offers the war fighter tools to shape the battlespace in ways never before possible. It provides opportunities to impact operations across the full spectrum of conflict and is pertinent to all possible futures. The purpose of this paper is to outline a strategy for the use of a future weather-modification system to achieve military objectives rather than to provide a detailed technical road map.

A high-risk, high-reward endeavor, weather-modification offers a dilemma not unlike the splitting of the atom. While some segments of society will always be reluctant to examine controversial issues such as weather-modification, the tremendous military capabilities that could result from this field are ignored at our own peril. From enhancing friendly operations or disrupting those of the enemy via small-scale tailoring of natural weather patterns to complete dominance of global communications and counterspace control, weather-modification offers the war fighter a wide-range of possible options to defeat or coerce an adversary.

The most egregious photo of the year occurred on April 18, 1999. The onslaught that was occurring on this day spurred Clifford Carnicom to call the FAA. They denied any spraying programs were occurring in the area despite the massive sprays that were witnessed at that time.

This web page (http://wwwppd.nrl.navy.mil/whatsnew/haarp/), contains animations that show that by modulating the ambient current flowing in the ionosphere, e.g., the auroral electrojet, it is possible to generate extremely low frequency (ELF) and very low frequency (VLF) radiation. This ionospheric modification technique can provide such waves for probing both the Earth and the ionosphere- magnetosphere. The modification occurs in the lower D-region and can provide information about theambient conditions in one of the least diagnosed regions of the ionosphere. These fascinating, yet disturbing, animations show the radiation patterns that are created from a given heating pattern in the atmosphere from HAARP antenna systems.

Abstract

A heavy spraying of Santa Fe Santa Fe, New Mexico on August 14, 1999 revealed uniquely thick and dense aerosol sprays coming from one particular aircraft among many planes observed spraying. Photographs taken of this aircraft and attached to this paper appear to show this plane’s spray encompassing the full wing span of theaircraft, indicating a new method of spray delivery that involves multiple trails emanating from multiple nozzles on the wing assemblies. Trails can be seen originating from the center of the plane, precluding the possibility of normal engine contrail association with this aircraft.

Telephotos submitted by an independent photographer in Paonia, Colorado on August 24, 1999 and attached within this paper confirm the existence of a new chemical spray system, with the photos showing this plane’s spraying system being identical to the photographs in the Carnicom paper titled NEW CHEMTRAIL SPRAY SYSTEM REVEALED , dated August 14, 1999. A separate photo shows a spray abruptly turned off for a period, and then back on again.

Included in this work are news items such as NASA coming up with a new cloud name (Cirrus contrailus) to describe the aerosol clouds; despite mainstream media ignoring such news, it was reported tjat during week 19 of 1999, the percentage of deaths attributed to pneumonia and influenza reported by 166 US cities was 6.8%, being approximately epidemic threshold; and news of William Thomas’ involvement with groups opposed to the aerosol spraying.

Abstract Name: PRELIMINARY METEOROLOGICAL STUDY: UNNATURAL CLOUD FORMATIONS IN SANTA FE NEW MEXICO



Abstract

An analysis of upper altitude relative humidity data (average relative humidity during this 21 day analysis was 37.5% with a sample standard deviation of 11.7%) in Santa Fe, New Mexico in 1999 refutes the argument that such upper atmospheric conditions should allow for persistent contrails and subsequent cloud formations. It is known at this time that relative humidity levels in the upper atmosphere well below 60% will generally produce clear to semi-clear skies, and normal contrails

should dissipate quickly under these conditions. However, the series of pictures included in this paper show the spraying of trails becoming long duration persistent cloud formations that should not have been logically possible with such a low relative humidity on these days of testing.

Yet a third telephoto set, this one from Santa Fe, New Mexico on September 9, 1999 depicts a full length wing spray system. This plane appears to be a Boeing 757, withthe majority of aircraft during spraying conditions appear to be of the Boeing 757 class, but a revision will be warranted is additional information is provided or becomes available.

Abstract Name: CHEMTRAIL GROUND SAMPLE (1): MICROSCOPIC FIBERS REVEALED

Abstract

Eyewitness accounts of finding unusual fiber materials on the ground have been accumulated over the past year and more in direct connection with unusual aircraft activity. As might be expected, there are repeated, frequent and widespread accounts of respiratory distress and allergic reactions reported in association with such aircraft activity. This paper continues previous research on and presents microscopic views of suspected chemtrail ground samples collected in November and December 1999. Two identical ground fiber samples (one from Sacramento, CA, and one from eastern Oregon) were received, analyzed and compared to synthetic and natural fibers, such as human hair, wool, silk, spider webs, cotton and more. Though found in locations hundreds of miles apart, these two ground fibers

exhibited identical characteristics in all respects down to the microscopic level. Based on tests outlined in this paper, it has been demonstrated that the ground sample fibers cannot be identified as any known or common natural or synthetic fiber.

Abstract Name: CHEMTRAIL GROUND SAMPLES: MICROSCOPIC VIEWS



Abstract

Microscopic views are presented of two filaments taken from a ground fiber sample after aerial spraying in eastern Oregon on November 2nd and November 4th, 1999. Observation and analysis indicate that the samples appear to be a polymer of some type, being both extremely elastic and adhesive, raising the possibility that this material may act as a carrier mechanism. The materials are white, and look like spider webs. The materials, under magnification, show individual strands that are wave-like in nature, and tend to coalesce and congeal easily. Ill health effects have been reported in association with the handling of this material. This material is reported to dissipate within a few hours of falling on the ground, and in being exposed to the weather. The ground fiber sample images are compared to and found not to be spider webs, and to be fully synthetic. Common health effects associated with this spraying include severe respiratory problems, burning eyes, feeling tired, and some people coughing up blood.

Photographs depicting clumps of fibrous looking material scattered on the ground are presented in this paper, and were taken by a witness in Sedona, Arizona on July 10, 1999. These samples were found on the ground after numerous townspeople reported hearing low flying aircraft the previous night. The samples, which reportedly made some people ill, had a petrochemical odor, and dissipated by mid-morning.

Abstract

A comprehensive briefing package on the chemtrail issue containing photographs, testimonies, research references and petitions for congressional action on this issue was hand delivered by a prominent media person to Congressional Representative Thomas Udall of New Mexico on September 2, 1999. After no response for evaluation was received back by late November 1999, second and third letters weresent asking for a reply from Representative Udall. Mr. Udall finally sent a form letter back in March of 2000 to the deliverer of the material, stating that he had made a request for Congress to hold hearings on this matter. A spokesman for Representative Udall later stated no such request had been made to Congress by Representative Udall.

A lengthy letter from the EPA, sent to a concerned citizen and copied on this page, is a complete denial of the possibility of chemtrails and aerosol operations. The letter speaks a common theme of denial that the spray lines, witnessed by an increasing number of people and spreading out across the sky, are simply normal contrail exhaust from aircraft engines.

Abstract Name: MICROSCOPIC PARTICLE COUNT STUDY - NEW MEXICO 1996-1999

Abstract

Driven by repeated observations of aerial spraying in the United States in the years from 1996-2000, a statistically significant study of airborne microscopic particle count data from the State of New Mexico was conducted, with approximately 175,000 observations of hourly monitored data from five stations in the state

analyzed. This statistical test has been designed to question the difference betweenthe data of 1999 (Data set 1) vs. the combined data of the three previous years from 1996-1998 (Data set 2).

The results show that there is a significant statistical difference between the magnitudes, averages, and variances of the two data sets. The conclusion to be reached from this study is that the microscopic air particle count in the state of NewMexico in 1999 is significantly different from that of the preceding three years, and that this difference is directly correlated with the observations of aerial spraying that have taken place during this same time period. The results of this study form a further basis for criminal investigation of the documented spray activity and for congressional hearings on this subject.

Abstract Name: ULTRAVIOLET LIGHT INVESTIGATIONS OF GROUND FIBER SAMPLES



Abstract

A ground fiber sample received previously in November 1999 is observed and pictured in this paper under a microscope and black light, and is compared to other known and unknown synthetic fibers. A notable thing from this observation is that the ground fibers show a low level of fluorescence, whereas the synthetics compared to show a high level of fluorescence. The ground fiber samples also showed sub-micron diameter, and high levels of adhesiveness and elasticity.

Additional data and feedback of the current investigations underway with UV light is most welcome.

Abstract Name: GEL FALLOUT REPORTS



Abstract

A honey like substance was splattered on a witness’ windshield while she was driving in California in April 2000, as well as on the car’s windshield behind her. The woman took photographs that are shown in this paper, and a small sample of this material was sent to Clifford Carnicom for analysis. There is fibrous material in the sample as well. This occurred under a clear sky with no obvious reason for this material to have landed on this car. Of note are two similar instances of what appeared to be identical materials observed, one in July 2000 in Albuquerque New Mexico that was experienced by Clifford Carnicom, where a material landed on his car windshield that was similar form and color to that of the samples sent to him previously. Another report from a witness in North Carolina claimed in August 2000 that a very similar material was found on her car windshield.

Abstract Name: UNUSUAL TRUCK ACTIVITY

Abstract

An interesting encounter by Clifford Carnicom is detailed where he witnessed unusual activity by a truck on Northern California’s I-5 highway. Clifford passed and was passed by a trucker who didn’t stop at weigh stations like the all the other trucks on the highway had. There were no DOT placards on the truck, and it was obvious the truck was hauling chemicals, as Mr. Carnicom could see a dripping yellow-amber-brown fluid that resembled fluid that landed on his car years earlier. As Clifford was getting the truck’s numbers, he was followed by a dark car that paced him no matter how fast or slow he drove. After pacing slowing down and pacing this car, the car took an exit. A second similar looking truck was detected on his return trip days later. A reader on the Carnicom chat board, after having read of this experience, let Mr. Carnicom know that the I-5 corridor had prepass for trucks installed back in 1994 that allowed trucks to be weighed electronically without stopping.

Abstract Name: BIOLOGICAL COMPONENTS IDENTIFIED

Abstract

Further testing of ground fiber samples previously collected and analyzed (see papers titled CHEMTRAIL GROUND SAMPLES revealed biological components in the fibers - numerous red blood cells, white blood cells, and unidentified cell types have been found in the ground samples. The red blood cells, readily visible after being subjected to immersion oil, appear to possibly be of a freeze dried or desiccated nature. Numerous pictures from the microscope video show these biological as well as unidentified components.

The surfaces of the cells appear to be modified in some way, but electron microscopy will likely be required to establish further detail.

Abstract Name: A MECHANIC’S STATEMENT

Date: May 19, 2000

Abstract

An aircraft mechanic wrote to Clifford Carnicom and told his story about working as a maintenance technician at a large airport. After outlining the pecking order of the mechanics and reciprocal agreements among airliners at airports, this mechanic spoke about being asked to work on the waste disposal system on a plane for another airline. After climbing inside the plane, the mechanic noticed that there were additional tanks, pumps, and pipes than normal, and they weren’t attached to the waste disposal system. Confused about this extra equipment, the mechanic looked up the additional equipment on the company computer, but found nothing. Climbing into another plane during inspections, he found another plane with the extra equipment, including what looked like a holding tank. After following some of the piping, the mechanic realized the piping went out to nozzles at the end of the wings. The mechanic had been spotted by management and was confronted about doing this investigation by managers and union reps. He was accused of falsifying paperwork for a job he did, and later received an anonymous phone call at home with the caller saying ‘Now you know what happens to mechanics who poke around in things they shouldn’t.” After finding the Carnicom web site, the mechanic wrote this letter to Clifford Carnicom attesting to the fact that the airlines are indeed spraying from these airplanes.

Abstract Name: AN AIRLINE MANAGER’S STATEMENT

After reading the account of the airline mechanic in the previous Carnicom paper titled “A MECHANIC’S STATEMENT (dated May 19, 2000), an anonymous upper level manager from an unnamed airline was compelled to write to Clifford Carnicom. He stated that the mechanic’s story was true, and that he had information regarding this airline’s participating in Operation Cloverleaf, which is known to be a military aerosol operation. He and other workers were briefed on this operation, background checks were performed on everyone involved, and they wereforced to sign a non-disclosure agreement stating that if they said anything about the program they could be imprisoned. They were informed that the government was going to pay the airline to release special chemicals from the commercial aircraft. When asked what the chemicals were, they were told this was on a need to know basis only. After posting on the www.carnicom.com message board eliciting input fromthose with microbiology or microscopy experience in identifying these structures and receiving no responses, these structures were assumed to be pine pollen and discussion was discontinued. Three separate samples that were collected in August 2000 are pictured and discussed in this paper. The first sample analyzed was sent in from Missouri and is adark brown/black powdery substance, and is possibly a fungus. A microscope shows the substance to be made up of uniform spherical structures about 7 microns in diameter. The second substance discussed is a fibrous material that was found in a previous rainwater sample collected on June 26-27, 2000 in Santa Fe, New Mexico. When dried, these fibers appeared dendritic in nature, and under a microscope, they measured roughly 1 micron in diameter. The third substance is a material that appeared to have originated from the ground in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and is not believed to be related with aerial activity. This material, described as having a foam-like nature and a texture like ‘chocolate mousse’, is believed to be fungus related, though such a growth is not known to thrive in desert conditions in New Mexico.

Presented in this paper is a detailed analysis of a method for determining the index of refraction of materials in the sky that produce the halos being seen around the sun after aircraft activity observed recently. The trigonometric method presented allows the calculation of not only the index of refraction, but also the angle of the halo. The significance of this method is that the chemical and physical nature of ice,as well as historic measurements, establish what the index of refraction and the halo angular measurement should be. Measurements that deviate from the expected result inform us that the materials forming the aircraft-generated halos, cirrus and cirro-stratus cloud decks are no longer composed solely of ice as if often claimed.

An actual calculation is performed, using a halo from a picture presented in this paper, and applying this method for determining the index of refraction and halo angle in the picture. The measurement calculation proves that the halo in the picture is not made up of only ice, refuting previous claims of the halo being only ice.

A second HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filter sample was received from Aspen, Colorado and was analyzed under microscope. This HEPA filter ran for five days approximately 15 feet above ground. This filter shows the frequent presence ofbiological materials. Visual analysis of the cellular materials appear so show erythrocytes (red blood cells), based on the uniformity, color, size and bi-concave nature of the cells. The results of this analysis show these samples to be exactly identical to the first HEPA filter analysis done in an earlier paper (HEPA BIOLOGICALSCONFIRMED). Two earlier airborne samples of fibrous samples also show the presence of similar biological components.

These results again demonstrate the urgent need for independent, professional and verifiable biological identification and medical analysis ofthe samples which are being disclosed. Considering these two samples of biologicals are identical, from locations 250 miles apart in the US, obviates the urgency for this sampling process to be extended across the entire nation.

An abundance of photographic and video evidence shows the repeated formation of aerosol trails in much closer proximity to the engines than that established by the USAF. Recent results from examining rainfall samples using methods of crystal chemistry are indicating substantial levels of metallic particulates within these rainwater samples. The analysis of the aerosol operations by a combination of methods repeatedly results in considerable attention being given to the elements of Group II of the periodic table (e.g. – magnesium, calcium, barium). The crystalline forms primarily found in these rainwater samples and documented with microscopic pictures is that believed to be magnesium chloride. This work details an analysis made that indicates that one of the primary applications of the aerosol operations is likely to involve the advanced use of radar technology for military purposes. Discussion ensues of the definition of plasma, withplasma being an ionized gas consisting of ions and free electrons distributed over a region in space. The effect of aerosol operations can lead to no other logical conclusion except that the lower atmosphere itself has been altered to a plasma state. The importance of the concept of ‘plasma frequency’ is outlined in a quote from Richard Feynman:

“This natural resonance of a plasma has come interesting effects. A signal in the range of roughly 75-100KHz has been shown to be continuously present as measured by the ELF-LF (Extremely Low Frequency-Low Frequency) detection circuit, discussed in the previous Carnicom paper titled LF FREQUENCYMONITORING BEGINS (from November 5, 2002). This paper presents two theories as to the reason for this signal being ever present in the circuit. The first is the possibility of their being a resonant frequency being introduced into the circuit as a result of the op amp being used. The circuit itself is generating the reference signal, which can then be evaluated with respect to variations in frequency caused by external electromagnetic influences. Though this seems like a plausible explanation, Carnicom makes note of the fact that this ‘reference’ frequency varies over time, which raises further questions.

The second explanation for the ‘reference’ frequency being seen in this circuit has to do with the existence of Alfven waves, and their relation to earlier historical

NOTE: After asking for input from the professional community for help in analyzing these samples, a citizen on the Carnicom.com message board wrote giving input to the analysis that Carnicom has presented in this page. This person suggested that what Carnicom has been seeing in these samples is not bacteria, based on the fact that the samples were put into distilled water, and that red blood cells, when put in distilled water, will burst within seconds. The writer further claims that red blood cells are not ‘designed to live in a neutral environment’, but rather in salty environments, and that the samples look like pollen.

Carnicom’s response to these claims is to seek further professional input. A main inconsistency in the citizen’s claims above include the fact that these appear to be altered (desiccated) blood cells, and such wouldn’t necessarily conform to the same reaction as normal red blood cells. Further modifications may have been applied to these cells as well, making them not susceptible to being destroyed by being placedin distilled water. Another point of contention is that Carnicom has spent a great deal of time researching common pollen forms in the area where these samples were collected, and the samples being analyzed here don’t conform to what these images portray.

The measurements includedin this page were registered using Carnicom’s latest circuit design at the Bandelier National Monument in New Mexico on January 25, 2003, and mimic the frequencies measured in Santa Fe in the earlier Carnicom paper titled ELF & THE HUMAN ANTENNA (dated January 19, 2003) except for one notable thing: the 60Hz frequency that was observed in Santa Fe is absent as expected from the measurements, as the 60Hz frequency is known to be produced by power lines, of which there are none at the Bandelier National Monument. The closest town from Bandelier is 6 miles, and in this National Monument there is expected to be little to no frequency interference from other known sources. A second significant Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) pattern has been observed in data which has been collected at two different locations approximately 140 miles apart in New Mexico. This pattern is that of what appears to be pulsed ELF data occurring at a definite period of 10 seconds. This pattern is in addition to the previously identified pattern of geometric multiples of 4Hz. The previous pattern is primarily that of frequency structure; the current attention is devoted to the time structure of the signals that are becoming evident.

Graphs of the captured periodic data is presented on this page, as raw data, digital filtered data to eliminate noise, and spectral analysis of the filtered data. The periodic component of 10 seconds is dominant and prominent in all analyses. These findings combined (geometric multiples of frequencies with a periodic component) strong suggest the existence of modulated ELF data, i.e., the transmission of signalswith inherent intelligence. A description of the techniques used to capture this data is presented here, which includes using a human antenna.

It bears repeating that the ELF frequencies that have been measured and detected fall within the same range as foes the primary electromagnetic energy of the humanbrain.

A third significant pattern in the Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) to Very LOW Frequency (VLF) portion of the electromagnetic spectrum has now been observed and recorded. The pattern is one of a series of higher frequencies followed by a series of lower frequencies, with a period of approximately 60-100 seconds for each group of pulses. There is no known local or residential origin for these signals.

The current VLF observations are significant in that they are not continuously occurring; three segments of approximately 15 minutes duration were observed in Santa Fe, New Mexico on March 1, 2001. The switching and pulse nature of the observations abruptly ceases and starts, as is shown in graphs on this page. There is no gradual transition between the different phases, and the variation in frequencies appears to be the direct result of a constructed modulation system.

The direction from which the maximum Very Low Frequency-Extremely Low Frequency (VLF-ELF) originates has been verified from testing done in Santa Fe, NewMexico. This direction is in accordance with the expectation that the magnetic field lines of the earth are the primary carriers of this energy. Using a measurement test with a loop directional antenna, the results show that the maximum level of energy is received by the antenna in the direction from magnetic north to magnetic south. The test setup for this experiment is included in this paper.

The following statement from the 1987 patent by Bernard Eastlund, generally regarded as an accurate template for the HAARP project, is presented as being especially relevant to the above finding:

An inquiry into ambient magnetic strengths is the subject of this Carnicom paper, along with potential associations of these findings with the HAARP facility also discussed. The overall result of this study tis to understand the immense amount of energy available from the HAARP project, and the very real potential of that facility to affect, as an absolute minimum, human biology, physiology, and mental and neural functioning.

This study begins with observations of magnetic strength around a series of residential power lines outside Santa Fe, New Mexico. Questions that are asked and addressed through mathematical calculations are: 1) How strong should the magnetic field around a rural residential power line be?; 2) How far away can and should it be measurable?; 3) How strong should the electrical field be around these wires, and how far away can it be expected to have an influence?; 4) At what distance is the biological effect from these ELF waves of no further consequence?

An analysis of these questions, with supporting direct measurements, is the crux of this paper. Formulas are given and discussed for related items such as the strength of the magnetic field around a wire of current, and the relationship between the maximum electrical field strength and the maximum magnetic field strength, among others. The resulting equation provides a useful way to estimate the distance that we should be to reduce the intensity to a desired level, given that the power line is carrying a certain amount of current. Referencing the Executive Summary of the military’s HAARP project, this analysis leads us to understand that the power used by the HAARP system, even using conservative values in estimating this power, is on the order of ten times what would cause a “pathological change in the blood brain barrier”. Graphics shown on this page are the result of testing done on April 5, 2003, and give the reader an idea of how anomalous the magnetic and VLF readings were throughout the day in direct connection with these lowered aerosol banks and increased winds. Results presented in this work indicate an increase in the conductivity of the lower atmosphere by a factor of approximately 3 to 20 from a baseline ‘normal’ known value of air. Mold propagation should be unsuitable under these conditions, yet there were at least 40 counted in this test. Recognition that the onset of heavy aerosol spraying started late 1998 into early 1999, Carnicom chose to look at yearly earth rotational data from the United States Naval Observatory andthe International Earth Rotation Service (Atomic time and actual rotational speed of the earth) to ascertain any change in earth rotational speed. Coincidentally, there isan unexpected sustained increase of the earth’s rotation, starting in late 1998/early 1999, when compared to many years of historical record. Whether this change in rotation has been induced artificially will need to be researched and determined.

In that paper it was determined that the rotational speed of the earth had increased around late 1998 and that increase was a significant deviation from historical norm. One addition noted in this present paper is that another 0.5 secondswas added to the rotational speed of the earth, or Coordinated Universal Time (UTC)between 09:30 MDT on August 16, 2003 and 12:00 MDT on August 17, 2003. This is significant and begs for more research to be done by others to monitor these changes.

A second update to the original ’TIME’ paper details that a drift rate analysis of theindependent time standard that has been developed now shows a departure of 1.5 seconds over a period of 57 days since the monitoring of time standards began. This indicates the detection of another 0.5 second additional departure since Aug 172003. A projection of the current time departure rate is estimated at 9.5 seconds per year; a departure of this magnitude is phenomenal in magnitude if these observations bear out in the future. A one second departure (approximately) over a year period is expected based upon the historical record. A careful monitoring of geophysical events and changes is recommended based upon this preliminary report, as unusual changes in time will likely correlate with significant geophysical energy releases. ******************************************************************

Detailed in this work are two mathematical analyses – the first is a calculation of thekinetic energy of the earth, and the second a calculation is determining the effect ofa ‘small’ change of one second in a day of the earth’s rotational speed on the earth’s kinetic energy. The postulate that a decrease in the earth’s rotational speed will result in an increase of the equatorial radius of the earth from this change is demonstrated hereusing two different mathematical analyses. Clifford Carnicom shows that a slowdown of just one second a year in the earth’s rotation would result in an increase of 4-8 inches in the radius of the earth. First, Carnicom examines the kinetic energy and inertial momentum of the earth as it relates to differentials (this results in the 4 inch radius calculation stated above), and the second method examines this same issue from the viewpoint of angular momentum (results in the 8inch increase of the earth’s radius above). A rise in levels of both pollutants was linked to a significant increase in the number of people admitted to hospital with either of the most common type of stroke - one caused by a burst blood vessel in the brain, the other by a clot blocking blood flow to the brain. The higher the pollutant level, the greater the risk of both types.

For every particulate (PM10) change of 66.33 micrograms per cubic metre the risk of being admitted to hospital with a stroke caused by a burst blood vessel in the brain rose 54%. A similar risk increase was produced by every extra 7.08 parts per billion of nitrogen dioxide.

Previous research has shown a link between air pollution and death rates from respiratory and heart disease. However, the link with stroke has been far from clear.”

This is a discussion about measurements recently taken with a calibrated photometer that measure the reduction in intensity of sunlight that occurs as a direct result of heavy aerosol operations. These measurements expose a rapid reduction in the transmission of sunlight coinciding with photographs presented on this page that show the aircraft aerosol trails systematically increasing the extent ofthe aerosol bank.

Interesting to note, is that rather than reducing the temperature of the earth and lower atmosphere, the aerosol operations commonly have the opposite effect of increasing temperature and aggravating, if not inducing drought conditions. This is a result of a combination of factors, including the specific heats of the elements involved as well as the hygroscopic properties of the aerosols. A detailed statistical analysis of time over a period of four months presented in this paper continues to support the hypothesis of an earth in a state of deceleration. Themagnitude of the deceleration, if confirmed, is sufficient to anticipate unusual geophysical activity in the foreseeable future. Small changes in time will translate tolarge changes in the kinetic energy of the earth. One second of time change per year corresponds roughly to the energy contained within all of the fossil fuels of the earth.

The magnitude of the deceleration is currently best estimated at approximately 0.3 milliseconds per day. Any deceleration component of rotation of the earth is to be regarded with the greatest of interest, as an apparent small acceleration (deceleration) will result in significant velocity differentials and accumulated time differentials over a relatively short period of time if sustained. A deceleration component of 0.3 milliseconds per day will result in a velocity change of approximately 0.1 seconds per day at the end of a one year period. This same deceleration component would lead to an accumulated difference of approximately 20 seconds of time after a one year period. These are phenomenal magnitudes relative to any historical basis that is available.

Certain news and media organizations, by virtue of their reputation and public service, have assumed a prominent role in investigating the critical issues of our times. The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), for example, is accepted by many to provide impartial investigative journalism that has served the public interest well for decades. There are few news organizations that can now rightfully make the claim toward fulfilling journalistic integrity, and many of these have now been branded as the "alternative" media.

One other journalistic service that is known to seek disclosure on critical issues is that of Democracy Now!, with Ms. Amy Goodman as the spearhead journalist. Democracy Now! (with a personal direct appeal to Ms. Goodman), has been contacted on three occasions during the past few months by two independent parties with a request to investigate the aerosol issue. No response of any kind has followed these appeals. No rationale for refusal of coverage on the aerosol issue hasbeen relayed. No evaluation of the seriousness of the issue has been offered. In short, there is to date, no response.

A fundamental question exists as to whether or not it is feasible that the aerosol operations that have been observed and investigated for many years could affect the kinetic energy state of the earth. Clifford Carnicom builds upon previous data and research to discuss this possibility in this work, with additional data to support the likelihood that the aerosol programs are indeed causing not only a deceleration of the earth’s rotation, but that it’s in a non-linear fashion, meaning the decelerationrate is actually increasing.

Discussion continues and examines the implications of a deceleration of the earth’s rotation. It can’t be overemphasized that the prospects and implications of an increasing deceleration component need to be given serious consideration by everyone, as even small changes in time (earth rotational speed) will translate into large changes in the kinetic energy of the earth. Abstract Name: ATMOSPHERIC PLASMA – KINETIC ENERGY MODEL

This page contains a model that attempts to describe the kinetic energy that can beaccumulated within a plasma state. A plasma is an electrically conductive gas; considerable evidence now shows that our atmosphere now exists in that state as a result of the aerosol operations that have been conducted openly without consent for more than five years. The model is based upon an examination of plasma physics and the propagation of electromagnetic energy within a plasma state, and numerous variables that affect this model are discussed here, as are numerous thought provoking questions related to alterations of these variables.

An addendum to this work is provided at the end of the above page that gives a detailed mathematical analysis of the kinetic model discussed, and looks at the likelihood of the presence of additional free electrons that exist as a result of photonto electron conversion as a result of metallic aerosol injection. These free electrons exist above and beyond the normal electron density of the atmosphere. The normal atmosphere has an increase in electron density with altitude; this increase is dramatic and results in the unusual electrical properties of the ionosphere.

It is past time to recognize that one of the primary effects of the dense aerosols thatnow permanently mar the lifeblood of this planet is the heating up of the very atmosphere that we breathe. It can be demonstrated that the introduction of essentially any metallic or metallic salt aerosol into the lower atmosphere will have the effect of heating up that lower atmosphere. The impact is both significant and measurable. The previous Carnicom paper titled ’DROUGHT INDUCEMENT’ (dated April 2, 2002) presents analysis that shows introducing aerosol metal and salt particulates into the lower atmosphere will cause the atmosphere to warm.

The benefit of this current study is that an estimate of the magnitude of the heat influence upon the atmosphere can now be made. Those that continue to claim thata benevolent, but necessarily secret, enterprise to protect the planet with a blanket of purportedly heat reflective aerosols in the lower atmosphere exists will need to provide the primary evidence of that claim. That claim will need to be justified with solid physical principles and observation. Reports of orbs, or lighted spheres, have occurred frequently during recent years and these reports appear to frequently coincide with the aerosol operations. Isolated but credible photographs of such orbs have been brought to Clifford Carnicom's attention in the past, but Carnicom refrained from presenting this information due to the lack of corroboration and redundancy in the imagery evidence that is available.

Presented in this paper are pictures and a video of an orb that he witnessed in Santa Fe, New Mexico on March 10, 2004 while filming aerosol operations. The character of the object is generally that of a ball of light, and examination of the video reveals several interesting aspects: the physics of motion of the object defy common explanation; there is no obvious propulsion system visible; and the movement of the object is generally non-linear.

The anonymous citizen had wondered if deaths in these years were markedly different after the start of the aerosol programs. As it turns out, the deaths reported in this paper show the death rate for 2004 to be ten times that of the same months in 1995. Though there are

Abstract Name: SUBMICRON PARTICULATES ISOLATED

Current research involves a process of collection of atmospheric samples with the use of a plate ionizing filter from a citizen’s HEPA filter. This material is unusual in nature and is composed of two primary forms : fairly uniform fibrous and crystalline/powder materials. This material has been collected, placed into solution and subjected to electrolysis. A definite and repeatable chemical reaction does take place, which results in the formation of a highly insoluble precipitate. The best current analysis of that material positively identifies the existence of a metallic salt. The best analysis of the nature of that metallic salt is that of a barium compound which releases positive metallic ions in solution.

In addition, direct visible observation of the precipitate under extremely high magnification detects the presence of reasonably uniform spherical sub-micron particulates within the electrolysis result. The specific gravity of these particulates isgreater than that of water. Pictures of these samples are attached in this work. It has long been postulated that the size of the aerosols under examination is in the sub-micron range, and that extremely high magnification will be necessary for detection. The size range of the aerosols has previously been estimated at approximately 0.5 microns in size as a result of atmospheric light effects; this conforms to the current observations.

It is now hoped that citizens will begin duplicating this sampling process and obtain a positive identification of the materials that have been isolated. Clifford Carnicom discusses preliminary findings that show an estimate of the volume of barium particulates in the atmosphere; a level that far exceeds the limit of human exposure to airborne contaminants. Soluble forms of barium are highly toxic, and are on par with the toxicity levels of arsenic. The maximum allowable limit for human exposure to barium atmospheric contaminants is 0.5 ppm; the current test result indicates that this limit may be exceeded by a factor of approximately eight times. A series of qualitative chemical tests and deductions performed by Clifford Carnicom now confirm without doubt the presence of significant amounts of barium within atmospheric samples. Citizens may now begin the process of collecting the sample materials for formal submission to public environmental agencies and private labs for identification. Presented in this work is a detailed analysis of how these results were obtained. The most reasonable hypothesis at this point is that the original compound collected by various methods is a barium oxide form. This compound readily combines with water to form barium hydroxide. Ionizing plate filters and fiber filters both appear to be successful at accumulating the solid form of this metallic salt. Solubility, pH, precipitation, chromatography, electrode, electrolysis, flame, spectroscopy and spectroscopy comparison tests all support the conclusion within this report that significant levels of barium compounds have been verified to exist and are now to be examined in the atmospheric sampling process.

A model has been developed to depict the estimated increase in the mortality rate as a function of the decrease in visibility, and the results of this model in a graphicalform are shown in this paper. It can be observed that mortality increases as visibilitydecreases, and that the effect is highly significant. This model does not consider theadditional negative health effects that occur from the toxic nature of particulate matter. The American Heart Association establishes that an increase in the density of particulate matter will cause an increase in mortality. Abstract Name: UNUSUAL MEDICAL FINDING

Abstract

After suffering from a severe toothache, Clifford Carnicom was found to have a fibrous material under the gum line between two teeth. After repeated attempts at locating the origin of the pain, a dental assistant used a dental needle and it revealed a pointed source of pain between these two teeth. Eventually two small but visible fibers were removed from this area of pain. Some time and effort were expended under the microscope to analyze those fibers. Ultimately, no conclusions of certainty could be reached on the affair, and the benefit of doubt was given to assume it was most likely of a natural origin or from the use of a toothbrush.

At a later date, still having the tooth pain, after further probing the source of the pain, a visible mass eventually appeared at the base of the two teeth mentioned. The size and solid form of the material did appear to be unusual at that point, and itwas subsequently collected for observation and analysis under the microscope. The mass is approximately 1.5mm in diameter, and at first glance might appear to be of biological origin due to the reddish color. The most striking characteristic of the material, however, is that it appears to be composed primarily of filaments.

Microscope images of these fibers are presented on this page. Most of these fibers are of a transparent nature, and are difficult to photograph adequately under low power because of light characteristics and their small size. The fibers that can be seen appear to number on the order of thousands to scores of thousands. The level of pain experienced by Carnicom of removal of the mass indicates that the material may have been integrated to a certain degree within the local nerve system. It remains unclear at this point whether this mass of filamentous material is of biological or synthetic origin, or a combination of the two. Priority remains for a natural biological explanation of these events that have been described.

A laboratory analysis of a rainwater sample from a rural location in the midwestern U.S. has been received by Clifford Carnicom, and reveals extremely high levels of potassium and calcium within the sample. Examination of the aerosol issue has, almost from the beginning, focused on the important properties of such elements ofGroups I and II of the periodic table. The attention has arisen because of the ease by which such elements are ionized. This ionization will take place in the majority ofcases quite readily with the energy available from ultra-violet light and, in some cases, from visible light alone. Candidates for further and future testing, include strontium, aluminum and titanium.

On this page, Clifford Carnicom explores the distinct possibility that observed and measured saline stress on plants and trees in the southwest United States is comingfrom the metals and salts being found in the aerosols that are continuing to be researched. This paper raises some questions that deserve fair consideration with respect to the massive global effects from the aerosol operations on observed plant and tree die-offs.

Discussed here are some observed plant and tree die-offs in the southwest U.S. starting around the beginning of 1999, when the aerosol operations began to be observed en masse in this area. As well, ground conductivity testing at various altitudes is detailed from further Carnicom research around this same time. One of the die-off discussions centers on the local grasslands in the extremely dry southwest. A second discussion ensues regarding the major die-off of the Pinyon Pines species in this same area. Though there are current theories to explain these situations, the salination of the soils appears to be a main cause. Conductivity readings (and correspondingly, ion concentrations) seem especially high in these areas of die-off.

It has already been reported in previous Carnicom papers that the expected effect from the introduced aerosols is to heat up the lower atmosphere, and not to cool it as many have attempted to promote under the guise of a secret but benevolent motive. Under the best of circumstances it can only be determined that the aerosolswill aggravate the drought and warming problems, if not actually induce these very conditions. Reduced forage productivity is already expected in part from the specificheat and desiccation properties of the aerosols.

Initial RF radiation detection testing detailed in this work was conducted from November 2002 to April 2003, and extended research into the conductivity changes in our modified atmosphere has necessitated a return to this topic by Clifford Carnicom, discussed here. The repeated detection of this radiation indicates that this represents a continuous and fundamental change in the global electromagnetic environment. The detection of sustained Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) radiation ispositively confirmed. The indication is that this phenomenon is expected to be global in scope, due to the extreme wavelengths associated with these frequencies.

The detection of this radiation puts forth the foreboding prospect of many applications and implications, including those of military, biological, psychological, health, energy, weapon systems and geophysical natures. The discovery of the fundamental 4Hz frequency in these tests has profound geophysical implications forthe earth. There is no known natural source for its origin at this time. There is extensive literature and evidence on the potentially detrimental biological, psychological and health effects upon humans of this radiation type, and should it be determined to be of artificial origin, the intent and purpose of this radiation is subject to public challenge.

It is shown within this report that the potassium ion is specifically expected to incur biological interference within people over large regions of the earth's surface. This is due to the fact that the fifth harmonic of the ELF that has been repeatedly measured over a period of several years corresponds to the cyclotronic resonant frequency of potassium. This fifth harmonic, along with numerous other harmonics is a regular component of the ELF radiation that under measurement at this time. This expected interference, albeit intentional or not, can be shown to exist based upon the principles and physics of cyclotronic resonance, a phenomenon well established in classical electromagnetic theory.

The emphasis in this report is upon the potassium ion, which is of fundamental importance to human health. Although there are additional ions which deserve discussion at a later point, the primary ranking of potassium in human biology is of special concern. Additional discussion on this page outlines the definition of cyclotronic resonance, as well as a mathematical model for determining the atomic number for an element (in this case potassium) that is affected by a particular cyclotronic frequency. And though such unique combinations, such as in this case with potassium, are not common, they do occur. Stories of three different scenarios where testing laboratories terminated services for those seeking knowledge of the makeup of samples sent to them are told in this paper. One was for a concerned citizen who had a rainwater sample tested, and hadsent the results to Clifford Carnicom, which were published on the Carnicom website. After publication, this particular lab refused to do further testing for this individual, and gave no indication as to why they had made such a decision. Carnicom himself had a similar situation occur when he had an atmospheric fiber sample tested by a different lab...services were terminated when the results of the lab report were challenged and refuted in a personal visit by this Carnicom. Upon making the first two of nine contradictions known to the principal of that company, this owner stated that "this discussion is now over".

A third encounter happened when the career of a state criminal forensic scientist was threatened when an interest was expressed by that individual to assist in the identification of a certain atmospheric fibrous sample. It was stated in that case thatthe career of that individual and all post-retirement benefits of the forensicist would be terminated if any involvement in identification were to take place. The act of laboratory identification was never completed.

It is thought that the graph shown on this page may well be at the core of the aerosol operations. This graph shows direct ion measurements in combination with historical humidity data during the past month. The graph shows what appear to be highly favored conditions for the conduct of the aerosol operations or the transport of aerosol banks within a region. Aerosol operations are being staged at specific times of low humidity and low negative ion count. These two tenets, that of humidity association and ionic manipulation, have been at the foundation of the

aerosol research since the early days of investigation. It seems quite fair to state at this stage that the balances of nature are being upset with artificial methods that threaten the viability of life on this planet.

A very general interpretation of the current data can be made as follows: Low humidity is a period of relatively low moisture in the atmosphere. A low negative ioncount is also generally indicative of lower moisture levels in the atmosphere. The research indicates that both of these variables, taken together, serve to indicate likely periods of aircraft aerosol or aerosol bank operations. This finding may appearto be in contradiction to the humidity conditions that have been associated with the operations, but in reality they are not contradictory in any fashion. The data is showing that the operations themselves appear to be conducted at strategic and specific environmental conditions of lower humidity and lower negative ion count - at least in certain regions of the country. Previous predictive models by this researcher have borne out this conclusion, and that is that the operations are knownto commonly occur IN ADVANCE of approaching moisture.

Recent work indicates the very real possibility of sources for interference in the metabolism of the potassium ion within the human body (potassium levels that are too low in the body may present medical difficulties such as heart failure, fatigue,

muscular weakness and depression). This interference is based upon the detection of continuous and apparently artificial ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) propagation at 4Hz multiples. The fifth harmonic of this radiation, detected at 20Hz, corresponds to the cyclotronic frequency of the potassium ion in the mid latitude ranges of the globe. Readers are referred to a previous Carnicom article on this topic titled ’POTASSIUM INTERFERENCE IS EXPECTED’ (dated May 15, 2005), and to the work of Dr. Robert Becker for additional information on this subject.

Upon further inquiry by Clifford Carnicom on the attempt to increase potassium levels in the diet has revealed some unexpected findings. It might be considered reasonable for an individual to seek out a potassium supplement, in addition to the investigation of changes in the diet. Such a search has been conducted by Carnicom...upon examining all potassium supplements at the local health food store, regardless of brand, Clifford soon noticed that no products were available thatprovided a level of potassium greater than 3% of the recommended daily allowance for potassium. Further investigation then reveals that the maximum amount of potassium supplement available to the U.S. consumer is 99 milligrams (.099 grams),apparently due to a Food and Drug regulation. The difficulty arises when one consults the standards of recommended daily allowances for that same mineral as established by that same agency, the FDA. The FDA itself recommends a daily recommended intake of 3.5 grams of potassium (more than 90% of American children and adults are not meeting these recommendations).

Further concerns are discussed in this paper, including the recognition that American diets are generally devoid of sufficient potassium, and generally includes excessive sodium; potassium supplements are too low in concentration to allow a feasible intake of pills to fully supplement potassium deficiency; and a case has been made that potassium interference over large regions of the earth affecting large populations is now possible, if not expected.

A concerned citizen has written to Clifford Carnicom about an experience he had witnessing fibers falling from the sky on November 13. 2005. This person watched as the fibrous material that fell on the ground dissipated, but he was able to collect some of the fibers and put them in a jar. His wife developed a skin rash when she touched some of the fibers and had to be treated by a doctor who couldn’t determine the cause of the rash.

Upon observing them the next day, some two-thirds of the material had disappeared from the jar. This person decided to do some of his own analysis with a microscope, and when he opened the jar, the concentrate from the breakdown of the fibers blew into his face, causing bad burning in his eyes and throat. Once recovered, he was able to take pictures of the material under a microscope, and those pictures are included in this paper.

Clifford Carnicom begins this paper with his thoughts on the results of this citizen's work, stating "This report demonstrates that there are very likely significant health consequences that accompany these atmospheric operations. The report also demonstrates that the United States Environmental Protection Agency has completely failed in its mission to serve the public and to protect the health and welfare of our environment."

A series of highly unusual reports of red rain falling in parts of India starting in 2001 and lasting roughly two months prompted Clifford Carnicom to try to contact

university members at the Mahatma Ghandi University in that country. Both attempts at contacting the University failed as undeliverable. This paper contains a link to an article describing the red particles contained in the red rain itself, as well as work done by Godfrey Louis and A. Santhosh Kumar, who wrote papers about thistopic of red rain. Various attempts at explaining how these particles got into the rainare discussed, with some scientists believing a previous meteor shower could have deposited the particles in the atmosphere, which is called panspermia.

As far as the particles themselves, they have the following intriguing, yet alarming, characteristics ascribed to them:

These particles have much similarity with biological (red blood) cells though they are devoid of DNA

The particles can grow if placed in extreme heat and reproduce, even though the particles seem to lack a nucleus and DNA for reproduction

The particles look like one-celled organisms and are about 4 to 10 thousandths of a millimeter wide, somewhat larger than typical bacteria

Even after storage in the original rainwater at room temperature without any preservative for about four years, no decay or discoloration of the particles could be found.

Clifford Carnicom presents here further study of the Morgellon’s disease, which is characterized in part by the presence of a host of unusual skin conditions, and commonly including persistent lesions and unusual fibers or filaments, causing terrible human pain and suffering. Unfortunately, the acceptance of the illness by the formal medical community remains controversial, despite increasing and widespread evidence of its existence. This Carnicom inquiry is at least partly prompted by the finding that despite several years of presumed research on the Morgellon’s issue, there apparently are no suitably magnified images of the filaments available to the public…Carnicom presents just those magnified images inthis work.

After lengthy discussions with a citizen with Morgellon’s, Carnicom received carefully packaged fiber samples from this person for study. The subject has provided numerous samples to a medical doctor in the past but no specific response, descriptions, photos or analysis have apparently been provided in return. One of the goals of this paper is to provide the reader with a sense of scale of these fibers, and to show a progression from the original materials as they exist from the body to the highest magnification possible with Carnicom’s equipment.

Initial photographs of the filaments show little detail, but are shown also with control photographs of hair and blood cells to give a sense of scale and measurement. Further higher power microscope images show that the fibers have a much more complicated internal structure than was discernible at low magnification. These additional images appear to show innumerable sub-fibers inside the major filament. Of particular concern is that in one of the photographs of greater translucency, internal, much smaller structures of elliptical form exist. This begins to strongly suggest a biological nature to the fibers.

The last major discovery by observation at this point is what appears to a "budding"structure of some sort. These structures appear on the edge of the fiber at irregular

intervals. These structures contain two further components within. The first of these are spherical or elliptical structures at the micron level within an encasing, translucent shell. In addition, innumerable fibers at the sub-micron level emerge from the budding structure. The budding structures are highly indicative of a growth or reproductive process, and they may be related to the spread of the disease.

A study has been done to examine the role of the aerosol operations with respect toglobal warming, and is presented in this paper. It has long been proposed by Carnicom that the aerosol operations have the effect of aggravating the heating condition of the planet, and that they show no prospect for cooling the earth. This isin direct contradiction to many of the popular notions that these operations are somehow intended for our benefit; Whether or not such popular theories are intended to mislead the public is open to question. The facts, however, speak of an opposite end result. The aerosols are being dispersed into the lower atmosphere, and it can be shown from this fact that they will indeed heat up the lower portion of the atmosphere. Global warming itself is defined as the heating of the lower atmosphere and earth4. The notion that the aerosols are in some way cooling the planet is contradictory to direct observation and the examinations of physics.

The current model examines the effects of deliberately introducing barium particulates into the lower atmosphere, and the subsequent contribution to the global warming problem. The results indicate that these particulates, even at rathermodest concentration levels, can contribute in a real and significant way to the heating of the lower atmosphere. The graph presented in this work shows the expected interactions from 3 variables that relate to the global warming issue; these are: aerosol concentration, time and rise in temperature. The results are not encouraging. It can be seen from this model that the results of artificial aerosol introduction into the lower atmosphere can be of a magnitude quite on par with the extraordinary impacts projected by even modest and conservative global warming models upon humans in the near future. As the model presented herein is intendedto be reasonably conservative, the impact of the aerosol operations could be much greater than these results show.

A significant set of observations has taken place in May 2007, as another major aerosol operation was conducted over the skies of the Santa Fe, New Mexico region.Pictures taken of this operation, and a more detailed visual examination of some of these emissions have been made than in previous observations; mechanical, artificial and systematic introduction of the aerosols appears evident. There are two primary observed anomalies at this time: the first of these is the presence of what may be referred to as "core tracks" (ribbon-like; possibly filamentous in nature) in the spray lines, and the second is the repeated presence of a characteristic "pulse" emission. The behavior and character of these anomalies is now being presented and an adequate basis for further examination exists with this article. These characteristics are completely out of accordance with any claims of meteorological discontinuities in the atmosphere, any uniform fluid or gas dynamic analysis, and any unmodified combustive process. It is apparent that distributions of discrete material into the atmosphere are taking place.

This paper presents a continuation of research into the Morgellon's condition, with an important series of photographs that, once again, portray the reality of this unfortunate condition. Readers may want to revisit the previous Carnicom paper titled ’MORGELLONS: FIRST OBSERVATIONS’ (dated August 12, 2006) for initial study of this subject and the observations made regarding what appear to be observed in these photographs. It is only at the highest magnification available that the true nature of this condition even begins to emerge.

Several different fibers from the same subject (whose story about his suffering with the Morgellon's condition is included in this paper) were examined in the writing of this report. Those fibers are scrutinized under varying intensities of magnification under microscopes as well as under a laser light, and the results build on the abovementioned previous Carnicom paper of the internal structures of the observedfibers, biological natures of the fibers, the growths, or 'budding' characteristics of the fibers and more.

Attention will be called again to meet some immediate requirements for identification and further examination. It is inexcusable to allow this information to languish for another year without more dramatic progress and involvement of medical professionals. Those so-called professionals that continue to categorize this reality as "delusional" are a tremendous disservice to the public welfare, and they are not deserving of any further discussion. The Morgellon's condition is a public health concern and issue, and it is that interest that must be served. Those that have suffered, are suffering and those that will suffer are entitled to be treated with dignity, compassion and respect. We must all act unselfishly to diminish and alleviate this pain, suffering and ill health that we are now subject to. Infinite appreciation is extended to the person that has graciously provided for the observations that are the substance of this report.

This work details a study performed by Clifford Carnicom in 2007 on five subjects’ blood samples as a comparison to each other. Only one had outward symptoms of the Morgellon’s condition – skin sores, lethargy, etc. Though each of the other four subjects didn’t exhibit these traits, they still had anomalies in their blood, which images provided in this paper show. The use of a laser is again employed in these samples to give better detail to these abnormal changes in the subjects’ blood samples.

Some questions raised at this point of the Morgellon’s research include the following: What exactly is the anomalous form that is being observed? Is there any relationship between the sub-micron granular nature of the blood anomalies with the apparent similar granular nature of the Morgellon's fiber as it has been previously observed and reported? Is there any relationship between this apparent sub-micron fibrous blood anomaly and the sub-micron fibrous nature of the Morgellon's condition? Is there any relationship to the airborne fibrous samples thathave been refused by the Environmental Protection Agency for identification?

Readers may want to revisit the previous Carnicom paper titled ’MORGELLONS: MORPHOLOGY CONFIRMED’ (dated November 15, 2007) on initial work done on the fiber samples that were provided by the only one subject in this research who actually exhibited the Morgellon’s condition.

Abstract Name: MORGELLONS: AIRBORNE, SKIN & BLOOD – A MATCH

It appears as though a link has been established between three issues of research over the last decade in regard to the investigation into the Morgellon's condition. This paper discusses the finding that there is essentially identical form, size and structure between the airborne filament samples that have been reported on extensively over the years in connection with the aerosol operations, the morphology of at least one characteristic Morgellon's fiber and with a series of bloodanomalies that have recently been documented. There are now major considerations before us because of this.

The three main topics and their critical points outlined with supporting graphic images in this critical paper include:

1) Morgellon's fibers and skin samples - At least one characteristic fiber form from the Morgellon's condition contains within it a rather remarkable and extensive sub-micron fibrous network. What appears to be a single fiber in reality is composed internally of a complex network of fibers that is difficult to envision without sophisticated microscopy equipment available. A human hair is on the order of 60 to 100 microns in thickness; these photographs show a network that exists at the sub-micron range. The appearance of generally spherical micron to sub-micron sized structures also noted in the images. Readers may wish to revisit the previous Carnicom papers titled ’MORGELLONS: FIRST OBSERVATIONS’ (dated August 12, 2006) and ’MORGELLONS: MORPHOLOGY CONFIRMED’ (dated November 15, 2007) to follow this discussion.

2) Blood samples - There appears to a remarkable coincidence of form and similaritybetween the internal structure of the Morgellon's skin fiber and the anomalous form in the blood of the same individual. In addition, the spherical or circular micron to sub-micron structure is again repeating itself within the invasive structure. The conclusion at this stage is that there appears to be a remarkable similarity, and quite likely origin, between the manifestations of the fibrous network within both the blood and the skin of the Morgellon's individual. Readers may wish to revisit the previous Carnicom paper titled ’BLOOD TESTING: LASERS, MORGELLONS &FUNGUS (?)’ (dated November 21, 2007) to follow this discussion.

3) Airborne fiber - The latest microphotographs, at much higher magnification than was originally available in previous Carnicom papers, of the airborne fibrous sample that was sent to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for identification. The EPA refused to identify that sample. The results of this study pose a rather serious confrontation for us all. It now becomes clear with the improved imagery over that of several years ago that the airborne fibers have a structure and composition

essentially identical to that reported above. This now clearly implicates and questions the role and relationship of the airborne filaments to Morgellon's and the blood conditions that are currently under research. Readers may wish to revisit the numerous previous Carnicom papers on the EPA's refusal to test this very sample. See for example the paper titled ’EPA CONTINUES TO BE ‘UNAWARE’’ (datedFebruary 25, 2000).

Abstract Name: MORGELLONS: AGENTS OF INFECTION

Several important papers have recently been published that demonstrate the potential for a public health crisis. There is a need, which has been called for, to immediately identify at least two structural forms which have been repeatedly observed and reported on. These forms are crossing airborne and biological lines and they have now been observed in airborne, skin, dental and blood samples. Clifford Carnicom sets out in this paper to define a hierarchy to be followed in order for a practical approach to determining the origins and implications of the pathogenic forms that are appearing to cross airborne and biological lines, and havebeen observed in airborne, skin, dental and blood samples.

This hierarchy can be described as follows:

1) Conventional scientific expertise should be applied to the problem of identification of these two forms. This includes, but is not limited to, the professions of biology, microbiology, chemistry, pathology, health and medicine.2) Modified or unconventional biological forms or interaction are then reasonable to consider.3) Artificial, exotic and unfamiliar technologies could be explored for any relationship to unexplainable events or circumstances.

There are two forms that require immediate identification as to their physical nature, function and purpose. The first of these is a sub-micron repeating filament that is enclosed within a larger bounding filament. The sub-micron filaments can only be seen with fairly advanced microscopy; the bounding filament is visible to the naked eye in many cases. The second form is a circular, spherical or oblate structure that also is measuring at the micron to sub-micron level. The best estimate for the size of this structure is currently on the order of 0.5 to 0.7 microns. Size, as will be seen, is a very important factor in any identification process. If and when level one has been applied to identify these structural forms and when it has convincingly failed it will be appropriate to advance to levels two and three.

Agents of infectious disease can include the following floral forms: bacteria, fungi, viruses, parasites, prions, rickettsiae, and chlamydiae1 . These will each be examined individually with respect to the two structural forms. The discussion will eventually focus on the blood samples, as they are becoming especially problematicto explain or account for. The blood itself is generally to be regarded as a "sterile environment"2, and pathogens of any kind in the blood are not to be expected and represent a very serious health concern. No non-pathogenic forms of the flora listedabove are to be found in the blood.3 Therefore, if we do find any of the forms abovein the blood, they are to regarded as pathogenic and consequently of serious healthconcern.

An individual with Morgellon’s symptoms has recently expelled a massive volume offibrous material from the gums of the mouth. The fibers, upon very high magnification, reveal themselves to be identical in size, structure and form to the skin fibers that are documented in detail in earlier Carnicom papers mentioned below. This now brings to four the number of samples from entirely different mediums and environments that are showing similar to identical morphology. Theseinclude the airborne fiber as refused by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (see the previous Carnicom paper titled ’EPA CONTINUES TO BE ‘UNAWARE’’dated February 25, 2000, the skin fibers as manifested within a Morgellon's individual (see the previous Carnicom papers titled ’MORGELLONS: FIRST OBSERVATIONS’, dated August 12, 2006 and ’MORGELLONS: MORPHOLOGY CONFIRMED’, dated November 15, 2007), the blood sample of a Morgellon's individual (see the previous Carnicom paper titled ’BLOOD TESTING: LASERS, MORGELLONS & FUNGUS (?)’, dated November 21, 2007), and the dental sample from this latest event. An additional previous paper titled ’UNUSUAL MEDICAL FINDING’, dated January 7, 2004, may have relevance to what is being seen in these later observations, and should be read by those interested.

High magnification microscope images are included in this work showing identical sub-micron filaments within a major filament structures and spherical entities withinthe filaments seen in previous works mentioned above.

Research on blood samples from numerous individuals continues in this paper, and there are three main points up to this time in the study of anomalies found in the blood of these people: 1) The preliminary assessment on the nature of the two primary structural forms within the blood appears that Chlamydiae or Chlamydiae-like organisms could be the leading candidate for investigation in the Morgellon's pursuit as well as in the investigation of the aerosol operations. Readers may wish to review the Carnicom paper titled ’MORGELLONS: AGENTS OF INFECTION’ (dated January 1, 2008); 2) The vast majority of blood samples observed are showing various degrees of anomalous form, and the degree of this damage appears to correspond directly to the number of anomalous structures that are found in any individual sample; and 3) The anomalies in the blood samples have transcended age....they have now been observed in the same form within the blood of a nine year old child.

Microscopic images of this young child are provided in this work in support of the above claims and observations. It can be noted in the images presented that cellular integrity damage is apparent in these photographs and sub-micron structures are often visible, and the degree of cellular damage appears to correspond directly to the number of chlamydia-like structures within the blood cells.

At this point, there are three more samples added to the research of Morgellon's that are showing the same basic apparent pathogenic forms as those previously observed. These include, to date, an airborne fiber, skin fibers, blood samples, dental infection and dental fibrous samples, and a saliva sample. These pathogenic forms appear to be demonstrating across all age groups and are not restricted to subjects that visibly manifest the symptoms of the Morgellon's condition.

Added to this list of samples researched by Carnicom are: 1) the 5th match of this observation match set showing that an individual not outwardly manifesting Morgellon's symptoms can demonstrate the internal Morgellon's symptoms of blood

disturbance and Chlamydia-like form - this individual, in images of a gum-dental infectious sample shows a 'hybrid' form not seen before...that is, both oblate and fibrous forms appear in the same sample; 2) the 6th sample shows a unique characteristic not seen yet - that is, that the filament, as opposed to encasing a sub-micron fibrous network, instead encases the Chlamydia-like organisms, demonstrating that a real possibility is taking place where there is morphing between all three reported forms in individuals. This subject's samples support the possibility that an individual not outwardly manifesting Morgellon's symptoms can demonstrate the Morgellon's symptoms of anomalous fibrous form; and 3) the 7th sampled individual's saliva sample has a highly abnormal mucous that this individual notices reacts to ultraviolet radiation. This sample shows that detected Chlamydia-like structures, filamentous and hybrid forms are being detected across major systems of the human body, including circulatory, digestive and skin.

Ms. Scott outlines a natural outlook towardthe toxins being found in our air, water, land, and food, and offers healthy ideas to help others who want to remain healthy in our lives. One of the things Ms. Scott discusses is ridding the body of toxins using products like diatomaceous earth, which is known to pull metals out of the digestive tract for elimination. Her experience with the Morgellon's condition has led her to understand that rather thanseeing the sores common to those who are assumed to have Morgellon's 'disease' as symptoms of the disease itself, but should be seen as a healthy reaction of the body to rid the body of these elements that are believed to be sprayed from aircraft in the aerosol operations that have been observed by so many and so exhaustively researched by Clifford Carnicom.

Ms. Scott continues with discussions about doctors who are working in the area of Morgellon's, and that it isn't seen as a disease per se, but rather as the polluting of our bodies with poisons, plastics, metals and salts believed to have been delivered in the aerosol programs. Important health regimens and caveats are included in Ms. Scott's article to keep us healthy and give us a sense that we are on track to understand what we are experiencing, and that we need to pay close attention to many matters health related. A close relationship between us and our doctors is stressed, as is the idea that our overall health is critical to helping keep these invaders in our bodies at bay.

Abstract Name: MORGELLONS: PATHOGENS AND THE GENERAL POPULATION

Abstract

There are now twenty-six samples (blood, dental/gum, and hair), from individuals across the US that show the same pathogenic forms that have been researched anddetailed in previous Carnicom papers, and are the topic of this work. There is increasing evidence that the general population may be affected by at least four pathogenic forms, and that many have been seriously compromised by at least four pathogenic forms under examination. Random microscopic images are shown in thispaper of some of these individuals with the pathogens clearly outlined.

These recurring pathogen forms are: 1) An encasing or encapsulating filament, oftenbarely visible to the human eye, measuring on the order of 12 to 20 microns in thickness. This bounding filament form usually contains within it a network of sub-micron fibers that are generally in parallel alignment with one another, and it appears possible that the function of this particular form is to deliver or encase a sub-network of additional pathogens of much smaller size; 2) A network of sub-micron filament forms that are usually encased within the bounding filament referred to above. This form has some morphological similarity to fungal forms, but no suitable match to any known species exists at this time.

A "budding", or apparent growth structure composed of filaments of this same class has been identified on skin borne biological samples; 3) A sub-micron spherical to oblate structure whose best size estimate is currently on the order of 0.5 - 0.7 microns (asbestos fibers are on the order of around 2 microns). These structures can and often do occur in large numbers within the biological samples. They have been found in isolation within the bounding filament as well as in large concentrations within the bounding filament; and 4) What is being called, for the time being, a "hybrid" form. This form has properties that are somewhat in betweenthe sub-micron Chlamydia-like form and the sub-micron filament form. This form appears to be a state of transition between the two more defined sub-micron forms. It has been found only in biological samples and not in airborne samples.

This paper discusses a method that has been established to remove at least a portion of the pathogenic forms that have been reported extensively by Clifford Carnicom in his recent papers. The method involves the use of red wine or a red wine-hydrogen peroxide mixture as an extended rinse for the mouth. Full and entire credit for the discovery of this method is to be given to Dr. Gwen Scott, N.D., who also wrote a recent paper on the Carnicom site titled ’MORGELLONS…A NATURAL MEDICINE APPROACH’' (dated January 27, 2008).

It is clearly stressed in this work that the pathogenic forms under investigation are repeatedly showing up in the general population, regardless of whether certain "skinanomalies" (typically falsely considered the Morgellon's condition) are present or not. The pathogenic forms were, however, first discovered as a result of examination of these same skin anomalies. The segregation of only certain individuals as having the "Morgellon’s" condition is completely and totally false; the general population is involved whether they would like to know of it or not. The pathogens found have now been discovered repeatedly across all major body systems and functions, including skin, blood, hair, saliva, dental(gum), digestive, ear and urinary samples.

To date, no human being is excluded from the findings of recent research through this site; hopefully exceptions to this case will soon be found.

A statement from the photographer in each case will follow the images that have been submitted. These photographs raise several questions about at least some aspects of the aerosol operations and they appear to defy any

conventional perception of aircraft. The accompanying "emission trail" with the ringlike structure of the first set is especially curious.

This setup will allow anyone to get acceptable images of samples that have been discussed in the most recent Carnicom papers regarding the pathogens being foundin people blood, gums, etc. A concerned citizen wrote to Carnicom in this paper, anddescribes using a Logitech Quick Cam, an empty film canister, and tape to enhance the magnification of a standard microscope by the use of a webcam's CCD sensor. Itis noted that there is ample concern to have as many people reproduce Carnicom's results by the use of such a setup as is described here.

Work has been conducted over the past one to two months that appears to be important and it may have significant impact on current research into pathogens being found in samples discussed in the most recent Carnicom papers. It appears as though a primary pathogenic form under evaluation that is associated with the so-called "Morgellon’s" condition may have been successfully cultured. If this proves to be the case, it offers the potential to begin very serious research on the methods to control, inhibit, reduce or eliminate the pathogenic forms within the human body. Unknown pathogens are difficult to identify, treat and remove if they exist only within the body; there is tremendous benefit if such pathogens can be grown or developed in a culture medium under controlled conditions. This report may offer a pathway to that process.

Further research at this time continues to show identical pathogens in samples that are viewed under an enhanced microscope setup, that without such enhancement, these images and what they reveal would not be possible. This would not have allowed the progress in this area of study by Carnicom that will possibly have tremendous positive implications for all of humanity.

A pathogenic form that appears to be directly associated with the so-called "Morgellon's condition” has now been successfully, repeatedly and positively cultured from numerous independent dental filament samples over a protracted period of time. The initial work that establishes the background of this report can beread from the previous Carnicom paper titled 'Culture Breakthrough (?)' (dated July 12, 2008). Confirmation of this result had been postponed until it became clear thatthe findings could be duplicated; this is now the case. High magnification microscopic images are provided to the reader for further understanding of what is being presented and the implications of this work.

This work is important in that it provides a basis for the controlled study, observation, examination and modification of a primary pathogenic form that appears to underlie the existence of the so-called "Morgellon's" condition. It is reiterated that the general population appears to be subject to the existence of the pathogen, regardless of whether certain skin "anomalies" are present or not.

As it is unlikely that Carnicom will have the time or resources to conduct the studies that are called for going forward in this research, it needs to be known that proper resources are a serious issue at this point. The public must now share in the responsibility for the progress (or the lack ofit) that is dictated by this report.

A time lapse video under the microscope has been developed and presented on thispage which demonstrates the cultured growth pattern and behavior of a primary pathogenic form that is in direct association with the so-called "Morgellons" condition. The time lapse video covers a period of approximately six hours and compresses the time into approximately one minute with 30 frames. From the discovery shown here, it would appear that the encasing filament serves to provide feeder or extension filaments which serve to extend the growth of the pathogen. The estimated growth rate of the extension filaments on this particular culture is on the order of 50 microns per hour, or roughly the width of a thin human hair per hour.This report continues to add valuable knowledge on the morphology, characteristicsand behavior of at least some of the pathogenic forms that are strongly associated with the so-called "Morgellons" condition.

This paper discusses and presents applications of three independent methods established that appear to confirm the presence of developing modified erythrocytes (red blood cells) within cultured dental samples. These samples exhibitthe characteristics of the Morgellons condition as previously researched and

identified. All individuals tested thus far have produced the dental filamentous materials, regardless of whether visible skin anomalies are present or not.

The erythrocytic detection methods are:

1. Direct observation under the microscope at relatively high magnification (8000x - 10000x) using developed microscopy techniques. 2. The use of the Kastle-Meyer presumptive test (visual and microscopic, sensitive test) for blood, a method commonly used in forensics for blood identification. 3. The HEMASTIX (TMP) presumptive forensic test (very high sensitivity) commonly used for blood identification.

In summary, both the human blood cell control test and the cultured dental samplesproduce the same visible physical and chemical reactions and satisfy the expected conditions of blood detection in both the Kastle-Meyer Blood Detection Forensic and HEMASTIX tests. The tests have been repeated several times to assure consistency in methods, results and controls. Graphic photos of these tests are presented in this paper to support the observations discussed above.

Of particular note in the study is what can cautiously be called the 'First Growth Inhibition Study', where Clifford Carnicom noted that when a sample was exposed toa solution of copper sulfate, growth of the culture appears to have ceased at the time of exposure, and discoloration of the culture is observed as well.

This paper reiterates that there needs to be the clarification of the term 'Morgellons'to sway from originally being perceived as manifesting primarily an anomalous skin condition. Though there is a small portion of the population classified as having the Morgellon's condition, who show skin lesions that resist healing and have the presence of filaments that emanate from these sores, it is not the skin condition that defines the actual pathology. More recent research strongly indicates the underlying symptoms are much deeper and more broadly distributed than has been realized, and that blood borne vectors may be a common denominator amongst affected individuals. The presence of skin anomalies as the primary criterion for determining the existence of the condition appears to be especially deficient. Any reference to supposed "delusional parasitosis" in light of the physical examinations and documentation available appears to be a gross miscarriage and misdirection of effort to help these people, and needs to stop.

Strong evidence now exists that an artificial or modified blood form is a dominant internal component, if not the dominant component, of dental filament samples that are commonly associated with the Morgellons condition. The sample set of this report is relatively small and it must be extended. There is a remarkable consistency in the detailed observations and reports that have been made over a period of several years. This paper reaffirms the position of Clifford Carnicom that blood conditions and/or alterations appear to be at the crux of this situation. It is quite clear what type of work must be done to address the gravity of this situation, but additional resources must become available for this to take place. The current work now introduces the very real prospect or consideration that an artificial, or deliberately modified, process of the blood may have been introduced into the human condition.Elevated levels of research, aggressive involvement and appropriate resources mustbe dedicated and allocated to initiate progress on the many serious issues that havebeen disclosed.

The supposition that the erythrocytic forms are likely artificial, or at least manipulated in some fashion, is based upon the following observations:

1. The cells are essentially perfectly formed, with no visible variation in form or geometry.2. Reconstitution of the erythrocytes takes place in an extremely hostile environment with respect to chemicals and heat.3. An additional sub-micron structure often accompanies, or is within the erythrocytic form. These structures are identical by view and size to numerous anomalous human blood samples that have been reported on in conjunction with the Morgellons research through this site.4. The size of the erythrocytic form within the dental filament varies more than within the human species, and this appears to be a response to the reconstitutive chemical environment. This chemical medium is hostile and adverse to normal biological development, but reconstitution appears to thrive in this same environment.

These summaries include fascinating, ifnot disturbing, details of the many years of work that Clifford Carnicom has put into his research that include the fact that: all individuals who participated in this research exhibit internal biological filaments and blood anomalies; the cultures produced from the internal biological filaments (dental samples of those participating in this research) have been shown to produce an erythrocytic (blood) form; and that the production of erythrocytic forms within direct biological filament samples and by culture is completely outside the known boundaries of conventional science and biology, and that it is repeatedly evident that these same erythrocytic forms can withstand (and even flourish in) extremely adverse environmental, chemical and thermal conditions. Testing on two canine blood samples (microscopy pictures of the canine blood cells are included on this page) sent to Clifford Carnicom reveal that both animals show the existence of the chlamydia-like organism within the blood and the serum in a fashion identical to that which has been repeatedly found in human blood samples. This research reveals that the consideration of biological symptoms, structures and characteristics of the Morgellons condition must now be extended to include other life forms beyond that of the human.

At a minimum, this consideration now extends to the mammalian segment of the animal kingdom. There is additional research (external DNA examination and culture analyses) underway which suggests that this discovery may extend further to include the plant kingdom or the food supply; further examinations are required to clarify the initial findings.

The so-called "Morgellons" condition has thus far defied proper identification as to its root causes or nature, and there appear to be many varieties of manifestation. Inthis presentation, Clifford Carnicom discusses further his attempt at identifying and focusing on those aspects that exist as common denominators.

A set of four primary components has been established at the microscopic level in Carnicom's research of the Morgellon's condition with them having, at the very least, some degree of association with the condition. These are (at a minimum):1. An encasing filament structure, generally on the order of 12 to 20 microns in thickness, and it is this form which is visible to the human eye. This encasing filament may contain an internal network of sub-micron filaments, or some combination of the following items on this list.2. A chlamydia-like organism (Chlamydia pneumonia is the strongest candidate thusfar) measuring on the order of 0.5 to 0.8 microns.3. A pleomorphic form (Mycoplasma-like is the strongest candidate thus far).4. An erythrocytic (red blood cell - likely artificial or modified) form.

It appears that when analyzing the Morgellons condition, we are dealing with an "organism" that transcends the structural existence that has been defined for life itself. The Morgellons condition appears, by the best information and analysis to date, to be an orchestrated synthesis that crosses the lines of the three established 'Domains' of life on this planet (included in this paper is a short history of one phylogeneticist Carl R. Woese, who changed the interpretation of phylogeny, or the evolution of a genetically related group of organisms, into three classifications of 'domains' of: 1) The Bacteria; 2) The Archaea; and 3) The Eukarya. What prompted this paper was Carnicom's realization that the "Morgellons" condition crosses the lines among these three Domains.

The Morgellons condition appears, by the best information and analysis to date, to be an orchestrated synthesis that indeed does cross the lines of the three established Domains of life on this planet outlined by Woese. It is very difficult to envision, at this state of knowledge, that this "organism" (for the sake of discussion)is the result of any "natural" or "evolutionary" process. This hypothesis, if accepted,forces us to consider the very real prospect of deliberate and willful indulgence in the arena of genetic engineering. This could certainly explain, at least in part, the deliberate and willful lack of disclosure and honesty on the issue to the public.

The growth of the bacterial-like organisms that appear to be at the foundation of theso-called Morgellons condition has been positively inhibited. That is the discussion included at this juncture. Clifford Carnicom recognized in a previous work (see the paper titled ”MORGELLONS: A DISCOVERY AND A PROPOSAL” dated February 22, 2010) that these organism(s) thrive in an acidic environment in the presence of an hydroxyl radical and oxidizers in general, and that application of a set of specific antioxidants inhibit the growth of the organism(s) in the presence of the hydroxyl free radical and the creation of a more alkaline environment.

Detailed images of the testing performed by Carnicom in this experiment show side by side comparisons of both an inhibited culture growth of the chlamydia-like organism referenced and researched in many of Carnicom's papers, and those of an uninhibited growth. Note that the inhibited culture was subjected to the presence of three specific hydroxyl scavenging antioxidants at the beginning of the trial. The specific antioxidants being used are that of ascorbic acid, sodium citrate and glycerol. The reasoning behind choosing these specific antioxidants is outlined in the above mentioned Carnicom paper.

Clifford Carnicom continues his work and assertions toward the reality that it is falsehood to make the claim that the so-called "Morgellons" condition is a highly restricted situation that affects only a few individuals that happen to manifest a certain set of skin conditions. To the contrary, Carnicom's work and research show that the general population appears be to subject to the condition and that the criteria used to establish its existence should be focused on biological change and manifestations WITHIN the body: i.e. - that filaments that occur within the body and the alteration of the blood are more suitable criteria upon which to establish the presence or absence of the Morgellon's condition.

Thus far, every individual that has participated in Clifford's testing reveals this internal change, and it is only the degree of change and alteration within the body that varies. The purpose is this paper is to make an appeal to readers about not only the severity of the changes in the body being observed, but also the magnitude of how many people are affected by these internal changes.

Carnicom asks pointed questions that are stark in their seriousness and should be cause for deep inflection for everyone. A few of these questions are:

- At what point do you realize that you are involved? - At what point do you realize that your children are involved?- At what point do you realize that those you know and love are involved?

Samples of blood and saliva are tested at the end of this paper, with images showing the tests involving a 37 year old man, and an 8 year old child. The blood testing shows definite blood cell wall damage in both the participants' samples, withthese images shown in this paper.

This paper is written to let it be known that the basic problems related to environmental contaminants disclosed over a decade ago remain essentially the same. An airborne filament sample has again been received by the Carnicom Institute, and this material is identical in form and structure to that sent to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for identification back in 2001. This agency refused identification of the material and declared that it was not their policy to do so. All available evidence indicates that the general populace has been subjected to the ingestion of these materials through airborne methods for more than a decade, at a minimum.

The filaments have been shown to contain (and continue to do so with this report) complex internal structures and biological components. These environmentally dispersed filaments have been shown to have a high degree of similarity and correlation with those that are characteristic of the so-called "Morgellons" condition.Human samples of filaments representative of the "Morgellons" condition have beencultured extensively, and they continue to show the same level of similarity with theenvironmental samples that are disclosed here. Images showing this filament testedcontain the same fibrous and biological components analyzed in previous Carnicom papers (see for example the paper titled ”MORGELLONS: MORPHOLOGY CONFIRMED”, dated November 15, 2007).

This paper discusses the Carnicom Institute's acquisition of a Beckman dual-beam spectrophotometer, and how this acquisition allowed for the spectral analysis of environmental filament samples and those associated with the Morgellon's conditionare of one and the same nature. Readers may wish to visit the previous Carnicom papers that made this same association visually at the microscope level titled ’MORGELLONS: AN ENVIRONMENTAL SOURCE’ (dated December 14, 2009), and THE BREATH OF A DECADE’ (dated December 18, 2009). This

association has given rise to Carnicom calling these events "the worst crime in human history".

Spectral analysis is defined on this page as "A spectral analysis is essentially a fingerprint, or a unique signature, of a chemical substance or species within a particular range of frequencies. There are many ranges of energy that can be used if the required instrument and detectors are available; our particular interest here isin the range of visible light." Through testing of this spectrophotometer (several spectral analyses are shown on this page), Carnicom was able to verify its reliability and accuracy and usefulness in performing spectral analyses of various things, suchas blood, copper sulfate, and environmental fiber samples. The fiber samples that Carnicom had sent to the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and other human oral filament samples that are representative of, and characteristic of, the so-called "Morgellons" condition.

The spectral analyses of both of these samples is identical, which again, allows for the claim to be made that The conclusion drawn from this particular research is thatthe nature of a repeatedly occurring environmental filament sample is identical in nature to that filament entity which is representative and characteristic of the "Morgellons" condition. This equality in nature has now been established unequivocally through three different methods: visually, metrically, and analytically.

As such, at least one source of the Morgellons condition has been identified and it is a repeating environmental source. It is now up to us asthe inhabitants and stewards of this planet to comprehend the consequences and the significance of the conclusions herein.

A new, or modified, form of cultured growth has been developed from human oral filament samples that are characteristic of the so-called "Morgellons" condition. There are three unique features that characterize this particular filament type of culture growth and pictured and discussed in this work:

1. The growth rate is explosive, transforming itself from a film layer to a dense sheet of filaments as shown below within a 24 hour period.2. The growth type, and/or the growth rate, appears to be dependent upon the introduction of a specific visible light frequency range into the culture process.3. The size, i.e., diameter, of the "filaments" is much greater than that previously studied in detail on this site.

One of the more important findings of this current research is that the application ofcertain frequencies, or their harmonics, may play a highly significant role in the various manifestations (rate of growth, etc.) that the underlying "organism" may assume. The discovery reported here adds a new layer of complexity to the research that has been discussed on this site. The circumstances of growth are identical to that of previous work, i.e., the introduction of human oral filament samples within a red wine base; what differs is the illumination of the petri culture dishes with light of a specific frequency chosen from earlier absorption analysis.

It will be noticed that a strong and sharp absorption peak at approximately 375 nanometers (nm) has been identified in the previous Carnicom report titled ' THE BIGGEST CRIME OF ALL TIME’ (dated March 1, 2011); this corresponds to the blue portion of the visible light spectrum. The phases of this explosive growth from this sample being subjected to this light frequency is imaged and presented on this page.

This paper summarizes the status of current projects within a laboratory setting withrespect to the "Morgellons" condition. Discussed in this paper are items such as: therole that iron appears to play in the growth of the underlying Morgellons organism, minimum conditions that allow the growth of this organism, identification of different growth forms related to these organisms, the unique spectral signature of this underlying organism indications of increased acidity in correlation with the Morgellons condition, and strategies to be considered in the mitigation of the growth of this organism.

Each of the above items, and more, are discussed in detail in this paper. Notables contained within these detailed discussions include:

1) Results of Carnicom’s testing, along with his direct observation and inferences, showing that the organism can and does feed on iron (readers may want to revisit an earlier Carnicom paper titled ’MORGELLONS: A DISCOVERY AND A PROPOSAL, dated February 22, 2010, for initial workshowing this fact);

2) Testing showing that the addition of iron sulfate and hydrogen peroxide enhances the growth of these organisms (with exceptional additional thought of what opportunities there are to inhibit the growth of these organisms – by figuring out how to ‘starve’ the organisms of iron for example – readers will

3) Though there is a variety of growth forms discovered related to Morgellons, they all share a common spectral signature. The spectrum of these organisms, discovered by spectrophotometer, shows that energy absorption by the organism reaches a maximum of approximately 390 nanometers in thevisible light range. This finding raises the question of whether the harmonic frequencies corresponding to this wavelength may also be involved in affecting the growth of the organism. Readers should visit the previous Carnicom paper titled ’A NEW FORM: FREQUENCY INDUCED DISEASE?’ dated March 8, 2011 for more background on these findings.

This paper continues to speak to the findings presented even further, with thought provoking ideas brought up, such as being able to use the spectral analysis of bloodto determine the existence of the organism in living things, whether there is the possibility of getting the body to absorb more iron in order to ‘starve’ the organism of what iron is in the body (versus maybe lowering the amount of iron in the body to‘starve’ the organism…a likely worse idea), and ways to reduce the growth of the organism with alkalization and nutrients. Abstract

Analysis shows that the primary organism (or pathogen) characteristic of the "Morgellons" condition, as isolated and identified by Clifford Carnicom, causes a significant biochemical change in the nature of human blood in which it resides. The dramatic change in the character of the blood has been presented through visible observation for several years, but this change is now objectively and directly measurable through the use of spectral analysis, and these changes are graphed and discussed in this paper. This change in the general character of human blood, as it has been measured from several individuals, is regarded as highly significant and expressive of a potential fundamental change in the human condition. The representative change in the character of the spectrum is shown various graphs throughout this work, and supports the claim by Carnicom that the state of the blood of an individual is one of the most reliable, if not the most reliable, indicators of the existence and severity of the Morgellons condition. The various graphings included here show the severity of the effect of different concentrations of the organism on the blood, and raises questions as to what the real implications are of this organism on the being. Normal hemoglobin is analyzed under a spectrophotometer, and then graphed with different levels of concentrations of the

organism. All matter reacts in a unique fashion to electromagnetic energy which, in this case, is visible light. Hemoglobin, (the primary protein in human blood cells), has such a unique and characteristic spectrum over the visible light range, and witnessing such dramatic alterations of the blood from this organism as compared to unaltered hemoglobin in these graphs give a sense of urgency for not only further research in this area, but also to alert more people to what is going on and to inspire action to be taken to get these organisms located and stopped.
