Dried Sample

•  Your  sample  has  been  drying  for  at  least  2  days  and  you  are  ready  to  ship  the  samples  to  the  lab    

•  Insert  pic

Also  expensive  to  ship  because  it’s  heavy!

Packing •  Measure  approximately  1-­‐2  cups  of  dry  soil  and  place  it  in  a  zip  top  bag,  label  the  bag  using  a  permeant  marker  with  the  sample  ID  given  on  the  informaEon  sheet    

•  InformaEon  sheets  may  be  stapled  or  taped  to  the  sample  bags

Shipping options

•  Small  cardboard  box  or  padded  envelope    

•  To  save  on  shipping  pack  as  many  samples  into  one  box  as  possible    

•  Include  the  samples  and  informaEon  sheets
