From thesixties till the eighties, our pioneer phase, we mainly dealt with the Far East. Even though the standard Japanese Forklift trucks are good, they sometimes have their limitations in capacity and specification.Therefore we started walking the European path. Lisman specializes inexotic machines with a specific capacity, specification, and applications. Meanwhile we offer forklift trucks with a capacity from

500 till 60.000 kilogram’s. A few years ago we have added rough terrain trucks and access equipment.

Lisman is growing. Therefore we‘re in need of larger premises. About 250 meters from our well known location at the Techniekweg inIJsselstein, we built an entirely new building in the past year. We moved in this spring and we’re especially proud of our second location. This beautiful building offers a lot of extra space for forklifttrucks and accessories.

Apart from that we have added extra office space. Altogether the Lisman premises cover 20.000 m2. Plenty of room to cover our iron stockof 1.400 machines. All material is ready to be shipped to any location inthe world.

IMPROVED INTERNAL LOGISTICSNow we have the extra space we have the opportunity to optimize ourinternal logistics. At the moment we are creating entirely new spacesfor the intake of newly received machines and our strict quality control.You are more than welcome to see for yourself. Your Area manager willgladly show you around.

Quality is very important for Lisman. A lot of our clients buy machinesunseen. They do not take the time to come over and inspect themachines, that’s how much they trust us. Because they know that ourchecklist are utterly reliable.

Of course there are large differences between used machines. Lisman thought of that. An I.C. forklift truck should follow differentrequirements than an electric forklift truck. For access-equipment andtelescopic handlers we keep a different testing protocol, as well.

OBJECTIVE QUALITY JUDGEMENTNo matter what kind of machine we’re handling; every test is exceptionally solid. This approach produces a guaranteed objective judgement of quality.
