PAR+ is our super reflective lining, developed exclusively for HOMEbox®. PAR+ is a “smart ma-terial” which reflects more plant-usable energy (PAR light) and less heat at your plants. Other les-ser reflective materials have been shown to shift the spectrum of grow lights and create more inf-rared radiation (heat). Our PAR+ super reflective material is the primary reason so many growers report higher growth rates and markedly impro-ved crop quality over lesser competitor non-PAR optimised grow tents.

PAR stands for Photosynthetically Active Radiati-on. It’s a narrow band of electromagnetic energy (400 – 700 nm) which plants use in photosynthe-sis. Think of PAR as photonic fuel for your plants. The more PAR energy your plants receive, the more they grow, and the more flowers and fruit they produce. When it comes to growing, it’s all about PAR–not lumens!

The PAR Laboratory Test

In independent tests at the Electro Technical Tes-ting Institute in Prague, a 1.2 x 1.2m HOMEbox® PAR-optimised grow tent was compared with a competitor’s silver-lined grow tent of the same size. Both were illuminated with a 600-watt Os-ram Vialux HPS lamp in Adjust-a-Wing Avenger reflectors fitted with super-spreaders, powered by a Lumatek electronic ballast set to super-lu-mens mode.

Using an Avaspec 3648 fibreoptic PAR meter, light intensity was measured at 49 different test points, 60 cm below the lamp.

Check out these results. They are astounding!

HOMEbox® (PAR Optimised): 91.8% of the gro-wing area received 80 PAR watts or more.

Competitor’s Silver-Lined Grow Tent: Only 69.4% of the growing area received 80 PAR watts or more.

Clonebox ViewGenerate thousands of cuttings and seedlings in a tiny space!

The Clonebox View incorporates all the great fea-tures that growers love from our original Clonebox, only with the handy addition of two large viewing windows in the front doors. Each viewing window is 49cm x 74cm (W x H). They can also be closed to create a completely light-tight growing area if re-quired–ideal if you are raising cuttings in the same room as flowering plants on different light-cycles.

Why is this such a cool feature? Well, now you can easily keep an eye on your precious young cuttings and seedlings without the risk of lowering relative humidity levels by opening the doors. The PAR+ su-per-reflective lining helps to promote optimal lighting conditions while mitigating the risks of excessive heat build-up in the environmentally-sensitive pro-pagation zone.

The Clonebox View has an adjustable dou-ble-shelving system so growers can choose whether to pack in up to 12 full-sized propagators to start thousands of seedlings and cuttings or af-ford themselves a little more room. You can even remove the middle-shelve to create a mini-mother box—perfect!

HOMEbox® Drynet Home and Dry

Many growers dry their produce to seal in aromas and flavours for easier storage. The Drynet takes the hassle out of this process. At harvest time simply hang your Drynet up and your HOMEbox® instantly transforms into an ideal crop processing area.

The Drynet comes in two sizes. The DN90 has six layers, each with a diameter of 90 cm, and comes complete with a portable bag. It provides you with more drying surface area than any other net on the market. For smaller growers the DN60 is the ideal choice–a single, extendable 60 cm diameter layer. Both models of Drynet incorporate a raised edge (8 cm) to prevent your crop falling and bruising.

Drynets ensure your crop dries gradually, evenly and safely thanks to the breathable mesh material–this also helps to make post-harvest mould issues a thing of the past.

HOMEbox® Fixture PolesFor additional structural support

Growers living in warm and humid climates sometimes require additional extrac-tion. HOMEbox® Fixture Poles provide additional structural integrity so that your tent lining does not bow in due to lower air pressure inside the tent.
